Stonewood Ranch Introduce
For local residents in Sanger, Texas, and individuals considering a move to the area in search of long-term housing solutions, Stonewood Ranch, situated at 100 Parma Ct, Sanger, TX 76266, USA, presents itself as a mobile home community with notable aspects highlighted in recent customer reviews. While the platform category mentioned is "RV parks near me," it is important to clarify that mobile home parks like Stonewood Ranch cater to a different housing need, typically offering spaces for manufactured homes on a long-term lease basis rather than temporary RV parking. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of Stonewood Ranch based on the available customer feedback, focusing on the environment, services (as inferred), features, and any potential implications for prospective residents.
When local users explore options for long-term residential parks or mobile home communities, key considerations often include the management's responsiveness, the overall community environment, the upkeep of the park, and the process involved in becoming a resident or purchasing a home within the community. The two available reviews for Stonewood Ranch offer contrasting perspectives on certain aspects, providing a balanced, albeit limited, view of what it might be like to live there. One review highlights the friendly atmosphere and the positive attributes of the park manager, while the other details frustrations encountered during the process of attempting to purchase a home within the community.
Environment and Ambiance: Friendly with Well-Maintained Grounds
One of the customer reviews offers a positive insight into the living environment at Stonewood Ranch, stating, "Gotta say I've lived here for 5 years and it's a great place to live." This long-term resident further praises the manager, Stephanie, for her dedication to maintaining the park so that residents can "feel safe and be proud to live" there. This suggests that Stonewood Ranch strives to create a community that is both secure and aesthetically pleasing, with attention paid to its upkeep and maintenance.
The mention of feeling "safe" indicates that the management likely prioritizes the security and well-being of its residents, which is a significant factor for anyone choosing a long-term living environment. The pride in living at Stonewood Ranch suggests a positive community identity and a sense of belonging among the residents.
In contrast, the other review, while acknowledging the friendly nature of the people, focuses on the difficulties experienced during the process of trying to purchase a home within the park. This suggests that while the general atmosphere might be welcoming, specific administrative processes related to homeownership within the community could present challenges for some individuals. The issues raised do not necessarily reflect the overall living environment for those already residing in the park but are pertinent for those looking to buy a home and become part of the community.
Services and Amenities: Inferred from Resident Feedback
The provided reviews do not explicitly list the services and amenities offered at Stonewood Ranch. However, based on the positive feedback regarding the manager's dedication to maintaining the park, it can be inferred that essential services such as:
- Grounds maintenance and landscaping
- Road maintenance within the park
- Potentially, waste management services
are likely provided. Mobile home parks typically offer utility hookups for water, electricity, and sewer at each lot, which would be a standard expectation for Stonewood Ranch as well, although not explicitly mentioned in the reviews.
The absence of comments regarding specific amenities like laundry facilities, community centers, or recreational areas suggests that these might not be prominent features of Stonewood Ranch, or they were not relevant to the experiences shared by the reviewers. Prospective residents should inquire directly with the management about the full range of services and amenities available.
Features and Benefits: Dedicated Management and Community Feel
The most prominent feature highlighted in the reviews is the positive and dedicated management, particularly the manager Stephanie. The long-term resident's praise for her willingness to work with residents and help them, along with her commitment to maintaining the park's safety and appearance, suggests that effective and caring management is a significant benefit of living at Stonewood Ranch.
The friendly atmosphere, mentioned in both reviews, also stands out as a key feature. A welcoming and friendly community can greatly enhance the quality of life for residents, fostering positive social interactions and a sense of belonging.
For those seeking long-term residency in a mobile home park, the stability and established nature of Stonewood Ranch, evidenced by the five-year residency of one reviewer and the implication of longer-term residents, could be a benefit. This suggests that the park provides a stable and enduring living environment.
However, the challenges faced by the individual attempting to purchase a home within the park highlight a potential area of concern for those looking to buy. The perceived lack of familiarity with lenders' processes and the difficulty in obtaining timely answers regarding approval based on resolving past credit issues could be a drawback for prospective homeowners. This suggests that while the community itself might be welcoming, the administrative aspects related to home purchases might need improvement or clearer communication.
Promotional Information: Not Available in Reviews
The provided customer reviews do not contain any information about promotional offers at Stonewood Ranch. It is common for mobile home parks to have promotions such as reduced lot rental fees for a certain period or incentives for new residents who purchase homes within the community. Local users interested in any potential promotional offers should contact the park management directly using the provided phone numbers: (940) 458-3663 or +1 940-458-3663.

Stonewood Ranch Reviews
Friendly but dealing with purchasing a home is a hassle. They don't seem to be fully aware of the ins and outs of what goes on with the lenders. I keep stating I can get rid of my false eviction by paying off the debt attached to it. I slready spoke with the debt collector in charge of that account and she will write a letter stating my eviction is clear so I can purchase a home but when I call to tell the trailer park this and see if I can be approved if I pay that debt off, they never have an answer. I'm asking because I have the money to pay my debt off at this very moment and I can get a signed letter within 24hrs to purchase a home but I'm not wasting my money until I'm told by the lenders that I will be approved to purchase a home if I clear that eviction. They're making it extremely difficult for me to fix this false eviction and get a new home I desperately need because they don't know answers to simple questions and can't get in contact with the lenders quick enough. My current home has roof damage so it's always leaking when it rains. No hot water, no a/c and no electricity through out half of the place. I need to move out as soon as possible and need to know if erasing that eviction will get me approved.

Jan 08, 2025 · Otaku OverlordFrom the application process, to the move in day, to living in this community for about 5 months everything has been extremely easy. The manager makes sure that you and your families are taken care of while also fixing any sort of problems that arise. This community has me feeling safe, the neighbors are nice, the neighborhood is absolutely beautiful!!
Jul 18, 2024 · Spencer BanksLot rent is ridiculous (896). The base fees for water and sewage are crazy and with the new trash my lot total is 1000 for a tiny lot that people drive through. Had we really paid attention we never would have moved here and we're out as soon as we can leave. They keep mentioning upgrades, but our only upgrade so far is weekly water outages.
Apr 12, 2025 · AnnaAny and all concerns have been addressed since new management owners and team have taken over. This is our 9th year here and along with everyone else we do not appreciate the rent increases that have been implemented from the owners, but we try to remember that the office does not control the increase. Stephanie has always been accessible to our concerns and that has helped a lot. Thanks again for the work you and Burl do around here.
