We've been here 11 years. Tina and Lisa are so nice. They helped us when my father died and we lost his income. They work with us on payments if we can't afford to make the full payment. We paid off our trailer in 2017 so now we just pay lot rent and miscellaneous. They recently changed to where you have to pay at Walmart but my mom is very disabled and sick and I'm autistic and have no clue how to do any of that so they just let us pay by check here. All in all, we love it here. We feel safe. We keep to ourselves. And don't bother people.

Lisa in the office is the most kind and understanding woman in this industry that I've ever met. Perry the maintenance guy is absolutely wonderful. They both are caring and understanding and have always left me feeling taken care of. I highly recommend Suburban Acres LLC as a phenomenal rental company.

Feb 18, 2025 · David AkersI was completely horrified after driving 41 miles to view the property. I was advised that it was ready for viewing, I don't think so 😕! Upon walking in, I understood the bit of dirt on the floor, that's expected when they were doing repairs. Yet, I was not ready for what was in stored for me. Walking to the kitchen area the floors were buckling, and the cabinets looked as though they were about to fall off if opened. In side of the second bedroom past the kitchen, there was black mold on the side and in the closet. The master bedroom is what made me get out of there so quickly without a glance back. The wall is full of black mold to the point it was in the wall socket. Behind the door the wall is full of black mold with the floor being damaged.I don't remember their ad for rent to own saying anything about 'As Is'. Please don't say they are false accusations because they are not.Cool for someone needing somewhere to go like ASAP ( desperate times calls for desperate measures). I'm just not that desperate for Lot 143 #3. The reviews are accurate and not just disgruntled former residents.

First time 10 dollars but 2nd time was 100 dollars and it's ridiculous. They charged me twice for someone coming to remove their refrigerator because I brought my own. When there maintenance people have keys and there was someone here anyways. 50 dollars to change locks on each door. Was told at first I could change my self as long as I provided them a key, but after I moved in was told I couldn't. 75 dollars just to have a trampoline for my kids to play on. 100 dollars for misuse of emergency line even though it was emergency. They find ways to charge for everything and it's ridiculous. They are crooks for all of their fines and deposits. And rent increases when they are already high on rent. I can't wait to move out of here. I got moved out and they are trying to say I didn't turn keys in on 30th when I did. So they trying to charge for a whole month of rent that I don't owe. I turned in my 30 days notice like they want and they still try and screw you. I left 2 pieces of trash in house and their fee to remove was 350 dollars. Actually took time to clean place as well. They owe me 520 dollars and I'll never see it because they are crooks. Called and spoke to Manger who said they would look into it and of course never heard back from them. And I would highly recommend no one ever use this company
