We lived here for a couple of years, it's a safe little haven in the middle of nowhere. A 55 plus community with a typical package of recreational amenities a lot of retirees can find attractive. It's quiet, safe and gated. Sun takes good care of the park. When you go through with a realtor it seems like a great place to live because it has residential home sized lots.There are some very good people who live in the community but the size of the neighborhood can lend itself to an uncomfortable situation for newer residents or younger retirees who like being social. People should understand coming in here events and activities are resident run by the same people who have been running them for 15 years and they are not always welcoming to new folks. We watched several younger retired couples (and individuals} buy and then sell in there pretty quickly.Safe, clean place to live but not for everyone. We left because of the distance to shopping, being too far away from civilization and the small village old guard culture. It was just a bad fit for us. Anything of interest you want to do outside the park adds an hour to your trip. The water lines broke too frequently.
