Surburban Acres Mobile Home Community Introduce
Welcome to Surburban Acres Mobile Home Community, located at 4014 E Kearney St, Springfield, MO 65803, USA. For local users searching within the category of "RV parks near me," it is crucial to understand that Surburban Acres Mobile Home Community is a residential area intended for long-term occupancy of mobile homes, rather than short-term stays typically associated with RV parks. The information available regarding this community is derived from publicly posted customer reviews, which paint a concerning picture for prospective residents.
Unfortunately, no phone number is provided in the available data for Surburban Acres Mobile Home Community, making direct contact based solely on this information impossible. Individuals seeking to learn more about this community, including potential residency options, will need to explore other avenues for contact information, such as online searches or by visiting the physical location.
The customer reviews for Surburban Acres Mobile Home Community are overwhelmingly negative and raise serious concerns about the living conditions and management. One reviewer recounts a deeply troubling experience when attempting to lease a unit. They allege the presence of "rats, mold, and broken windows" in the unit. Furthermore, they claim that the management refused to show them the unit after a deposit had been paid, which is an unusual and potentially unethical practice. This reviewer also describes the maintenance staff in highly unfavorable terms, referring to them as a "creepy old drunk" and an "old tweaker," further contributing to a negative perception of the community's upkeep and management.
Adding to these serious allegations, the same reviewer states that they "spent the holidays without running water because the pipes were frozen and the lady was too cheap to get it fixed." This indicates a severe lack of responsiveness to essential maintenance issues, potentially leaving residents in uncomfortable and even hazardous living conditions, especially during cold weather.
Another reviewer echoes these sentiments, describing Surburban Acres as the "Worst place to visit even worse living there." This strong condemnation suggests significant and widespread dissatisfaction among at least some individuals who have interacted with or resided in the community. This reviewer levels serious accusations against the park manager, alleging that the manager is a "drunk" and "stays n yor business," indicating intrusive and unprofessional behavior. They also mention other problematic individuals within the park, including a "fat old guy an his nasty wife or girlfriend" who reportedly engage in similar intrusive behavior.
Perhaps the most alarming অভিযোগ from the second reviewer concerns the health and safety of the water supply. They claim that "the water they expect you to drink and bath in smells like sewage or some rotten eggs." This is a critical issue, as foul-smelling water can indicate contamination and pose significant health risks to residents. The reviewer further alleges that when this issue was raised with the manager, identified as "john," the response was dismissive, stating that the smell is "ok" and "always like that," implying a normalization of potentially hazardous conditions.
The second reviewer also claims that "At the backside of the park is nuthn but Meth heads," alleging the presence of illegal drug activity and potentially dangerous neighbors within the community. While this is a serious accusation, it is important to remember that it is a subjective observation. However, coupled with the other negative feedback, it contributes to an overall picture of a potentially unsafe and poorly managed living environment.
Given the severity and consistency of the negative feedback in these reviews, prospective residents should exercise extreme caution when considering Surburban Acres Mobile Home Community as a potential long-term living situation. The allegations of pest infestations (rats), mold, broken windows, unresponsive management regarding essential repairs (like frozen pipes and lack of running water), a potentially contaminated water supply, and concerns about the behavior of both management and some residents paint a deeply concerning picture.
Due to the overwhelmingly negative nature of the available feedback, it is impossible to objectively describe a positive environment, reliable services, or desirable features at Surburban Acres Mobile Home Community based on this information. The reviews strongly suggest that the environment may be unsanitary and unsafe, the management unresponsive and unprofessional, and basic services unreliable.
There is no mention of any positive features or amenities in the provided reviews. Typically, mobile home parks offer basic utilities like water, sewer, and electricity, as well as internal roads. Some may have additional amenities such as laundry facilities or communal areas, but the negative reviews here do not mention any such positives. Instead, they focus on the severe shortcomings of the community.
Similarly, no promotional information is available, and given the strong negative feedback, it is unlikely that any promotions would outweigh the serious concerns raised by former or potential residents. Any decision to consider residency at Surburban Acres Mobile Home Community would necessitate a thorough independent investigation, including a visit to the property, attempts to contact management through other means, and perhaps speaking with current residents (if possible) to gain a more balanced perspective. However, the publicly available information strongly advises against considering this community without significant due diligence and a clear understanding of the potential risks involved.
In conclusion, based on the limited but highly negative customer reviews, Surburban Acres Mobile Home Community in Springfield, Missouri, appears to be a residential environment with significant problems, including allegations of poor maintenance, unresponsive management, potentially unsafe living conditions, and concerns about the water supply and the behavior of some individuals within the park. For local users searching for "RV parks near me," it is critical to reiterate that Surburban Acres is a mobile home community for long-term residency and that the available information suggests it may not be a suitable or safe living environment. Prospective residents should proceed with extreme caution and seek alternative housing options if possible, or conduct an exceptionally thorough investigation before considering residency here.

I had rats, mold and broken windows when I tried to lease here. They wouldn’t show me the unit after I paid the deposit. A creepy old drunk as a maintenance guy , and an old tweaker as the second maintenance . Please save your money and go elsewhere. I spent the holidays without running water because the pipes were frozen and the lady was too cheap to get it fixed.

Dec 26, 2017 · Donovan M. StoneIve oftn bn askd if i live at "Suburban Acres". . . ."NO!"The sad fact is tht i live close enuf to hv to share a 'well'. I hv lived n areas where "well water" was smthng to be excited about!Crystal clear, cool and odorless, rite frm the faucet! NEVER hvng to install a "filtering system", nor any flavored granules or packets to help mask the odor or color. This trailer court has bn under NEW OWNER/MANAGEMENT for about two years. . . . tht anyone knew about or cared enuf to be aware of! During this time the manager/caretaker (John) had taken the park and had began to gv it a "facelift!" along wth a MUCH NEEDED "attitude adjustment" wen it came to the ones living off borrowed time due to "lack of payment", or "squatters rites!" He was transforming the place nto smthng tht appeared to be a "trailer park" insted of a junkyard filled wth gutted-out trailers, dirt roads/lanes filled wth "potholes" and used needles! If u had a drug preference. . . . NO PROBLEM!!Lately, faces and names hv changed, sadly, it remains a place where "good people" still reside thruout and are still hopeful tht things are going to change . . . for the better. Also, the "dealers" still keep the drugs moving thru the dusty, dug-up roads. Make NO MISTAKE!!!As i said bfr, i live else-where, but am connected souly by the "well". This last week they hv TURNED OFF the water tht supplies five households! Thts a whole othr story! This is NOT a place to bring children, pets or the elderly! Its NOT a place to make a 'first' or 'last' impression on the locals. Its hard to keep frm hvng a "lasting impression" wen passing thru! If u dnt mind "taking chances" then u mite find this place suitable.I give this park 'one' 🌟!! Becus i believe everyone and everythng has room for improvment!
