Tall Pines Estates Community Introduce
For our local users in Singapore exploring the category of "rv parks near me," it's important to consider the various factors that contribute to a positive or negative living experience in such communities. By examining reviews of properties in other locations, such as Tall Pines Estates Community in Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee, USA, we can gain insights into potential challenges related to management, costs, and resident relations. This broader understanding can help you evaluate local options more critically and be better prepared for potential issues when considering long-term or short-term stays in RV parks, both domestically and internationally.
Tall Pines Estates Community is located at 9218 Dayton Pike #200, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379, USA. While listed under the category of "rv parks near me," the available reviews suggest it functions primarily as a mobile home park catering to longer-term residents. The reviews raise concerns regarding management practices and increasing costs, which are important factors to consider for anyone looking at long-term residency in such a community.
Based on the limited reviews, information about the environment of Tall Pines Estates Community is scarce. The name itself, "Tall Pines Estates," suggests a setting with pine trees, which could imply a degree of natural beauty and shade. However, the reviews do not elaborate on the physical environment, the layout of the park, or the condition of the grounds. Therefore, we cannot provide a detailed description of the environment based solely on the available information.
In terms of services and features, the reviews offer some insights, although they are primarily focused on management and costs. One reviewer mentions that their acquaintance, a long-term resident, was required to make improvements to her mobile home and then subsequently received an eviction notice shortly after the improvements were nearing completion. This raises serious concerns about the fairness and integrity of the park's management, suggesting a potentially exploitative practice of forcing residents to invest in their properties only to then evict them. The reviewer characterizes the park as "just another crooked trailer park, stealing trailers," which is a severe indictment of the management's ethics and practices.
The second review, from someone whose mother lives in the community, indicates that while their mother "likes it there," there are significant concerns regarding the financial aspects of residency. The reviewer states that the rent has been raised every six months since their mother moved in. This suggests a pattern of frequent and potentially substantial rent increases, which can create financial instability for residents, particularly those on a fixed income. Additionally, residents are reportedly required to pay for water and trash services, indicating that these essential utilities are not included in the base rent, adding to the overall cost of living in the community.
Another significant point raised in the second review is the absence of "storm shelters or anything." This lack of essential safety infrastructure is a serious concern, particularly in an area that may be susceptible to severe weather events. The absence of storm shelters puts residents at increased risk during tornadoes or other dangerous weather conditions.
Given the negative nature of the available reviews, there is no positive promotional information to be extracted for Tall Pines Estates Community. The concerns raised about potentially unfair eviction practices, frequent rent increases, and the lack of essential safety features like storm shelters significantly outweigh any potential positive aspects that are not mentioned in the reviews.
For users searching for "rv parks near me" who might be considering a longer-term stay in a mobile home park setting, the experiences reported at Tall Pines Estates Community highlight several critical areas to investigate before making a decision. It is essential to inquire about the history of rent increases, the policies regarding property improvements and evictions, and the availability of safety infrastructure such as storm shelters. Understanding the full costs of residency, including utilities, and the management's track record with long-term residents is also crucial.
The contrasting perspectives within the limited reviews—a long-term resident liking the community versus significant concerns raised by others—suggest that experiences can vary. However, the specific allegations of unfair eviction practices and the pattern of frequent rent increases are serious red flags that potential residents should carefully consider. The lack of storm shelters is an additional safety concern that may be a deciding factor for some individuals.
In conclusion, based on the limited but concerning reviews, Tall Pines Estates Community in Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee, presents potential risks for long-term residents. The allegations of unfair eviction practices following required improvements, frequent rent increases, and the absence of storm shelters raise significant questions about the management's ethics and the overall quality of life in the community. For our local users exploring "rv parks near me" and considering longer-term options, the case of Tall Pines Estates Community underscores the importance of thorough investigation, asking detailed questions about policies and costs, and prioritizing safety when choosing a place to live.

Jun 15, 2024 · Wanda TishawA friend of mine lives there. I visited him and he told me how much he likes living there. I drove through Tall Pines Estates Community and was impressed by how clean and orderly this community is. I highly recommend living in Tall Pines Estates Community!
Sep 04, 2023 · Bob SniderI’ve just heard of an elderly Lady who lives at Tall Pines being served eviction papers. The Lady has lived there for 8 years, has many health problems, has paid her rent on time for the time she has lived there. At one point, due to emergency situation, took in her daughter & three grandchildren temporarily. Management contacted her, threatened eviction. After hearing this, the Lady did get her daughter & her family out. Her mobile home is now for sale, management has served her with eviction notice, she was quoted a $10,000 fee for removing her home from the property & advised if doesn’t remove it, management will keep it! I don’t understand this. Please help me understand how this can happen to an elderly Lady on a fixed income.
Jul 22, 2022 · Janet WattsStay away from this park. The management are forcing people to move (or abandon if they can not afford to move ) their homes. They do not give an actual reason or a term of the lease that was broken, or any other notice that would suggest some rule was not followed. Moving these homes is very expensive and most people on fixed incomes can not afford to do so. They have friends that they will send to your home with a lowball offer and a message something along the lines of "you are out of time, you have to move your home out" as they work together to squeeze seniors into selling their home for pennies. I say friend because that seems like privileged information to me. This is a horrible practice and to target seniors with such an aggressive tactic is inhumane. The only response they will give is 'there is more to the story' but I can assure you that there is not. There was no violation of a lease agreement, this is about making more money. Anything else that is said beyond that is a lie. This is real, and it is happening right here in our community. This is not the first time, and it will certainly not be the last. Do not think for one second that something like this could not happen to you or somebody you care about. Do not be their next victim.
