To gather more specific details about the park, including current availability and management policies, you can reach them at (423) 414-3015 or +1 423-414-3015.
Based on the available information, which consists entirely of negative reviews from former and current residents, the environment at Hidden Hills Mobile Home Community appears to be a significant area of concern. Residents have described issues such as "major potholes" in the streets and a persistent "sewage smell with raw sewage water running in the ditches and on the roadsides days after rain." These descriptions paint a picture of potentially neglected infrastructure and environmental hazards within the community. One long-term resident of 17 years mentioned that despite promises of road and septic repairs, as well as tree removal, "nothing ever happened." This suggests a lack of attention to maintaining a safe and pleasant living environment for the residents.
The services and management of Hidden Hills Mobile Home Community have been heavily criticized in the provided reviews. Multiple residents described the management as "god awful" and "basically non existent." Complaints include the imposition of "endless" and increasing fees, with the management allegedly finding new ways to raise costs annually and even changing the lease terms to their benefit. One resident noted that their lot rent had increased significantly over four years, eventually exceeding their actual rent, with justifications like "It's cheap for the area" being cited as excuses for what they perceived as "pure greed." The lack of maintenance was also a recurring theme, with one resident explicitly stating the absence of maintenance people and the inaction of the manager regarding necessary repairs. This suggests a significant deficiency in the provision of essential services and responsive management.
The features of Hidden Hills Mobile Home Community, based on the resident feedback, are overwhelmingly negative. While one long-term resident mentioned having "awesome" neighbors, this positive social aspect is overshadowed by numerous critical issues. The escalating lot rent and the imposition of extra fees are significant financial drawbacks. The lack of promised and necessary repairs, particularly concerning roads and septic systems, along with the presence of raw sewage, pose serious health and safety concerns. The alleged discriminatory practice of disproportionately levying fees on non-Hispanic residents, if true, is a severe ethical and potentially legal violation. The absence of amenities, as noted by one resident, further diminishes the value proposition of living in this community. The only potential positive feature mentioned is the convenience to the interstate, but this is presented as the sole redeeming quality amidst numerous problems.
Currently, there is no promotional information available for Hidden Hills Mobile Home Community in the provided data. Given the overwhelmingly negative feedback regarding management practices and living conditions, it is unlikely that the park would be actively promoting itself without addressing these significant issues. Any local users considering this community are strongly advised to disregard the absence of promotional material as a neutral factor and instead focus on the serious concerns raised by the residents.
For local users actively searching for "RV parks near me," the provided information does not explicitly state whether Hidden Hills Mobile Home Community accommodates recreational vehicles for short-term or long-term stays. The name "Mobile Home Community" typically suggests a focus on manufactured homes rather than RVs. However, in light of the severe management and maintenance issues reported by residents, individuals seeking RV parking options in the Soddy-Daisy area should exercise extreme caution if considering Hidden Hills. It would be imperative to directly inquire about their RV policies, availability, and amenities, and to thoroughly inspect the premises for the conditions described in the reviews, such as potholes and sewage issues.
The consistent and severe negative feedback from multiple residents paints a concerning picture of Hidden Hills Mobile Home Community. The allegations of poor management, escalating fees, lack of maintenance, environmental hazards like raw sewage, and even discriminatory practices are serious red flags. Prospective residents, whether considering mobile home living or looking for "RV parks near me," should be extremely wary of this community based on the information available. The strong warnings from former residents, advising others to avoid moving into this "trap" and suggesting sleeping in a car to find somewhere better, should not be taken lightly. Any local users who are still considering this park despite the overwhelmingly negative reviews must conduct an extremely thorough on-site inspection, meticulously document the current conditions, and seek detailed and verifiable assurances from the management regarding the issues raised by the residents. It would also be prudent to consult with local authorities, such as the city of Soddy-Daisy or environmental protection agencies, to inquire about any complaints or violations filed against Hidden Hills Mobile Home Community.
In conclusion, Hidden Hills Mobile Home Community in Soddy-Daisy, TN, has received overwhelmingly negative reviews citing significant issues with management, fees, maintenance, infrastructure, and environmental conditions. The experiences shared by former and current residents paint a picture of a community plagued by neglect and potentially unethical practices. Local users searching for "RV parks near me" or mobile home living options in the area are strongly advised to consider these serious concerns and exercise extreme caution before considering Hidden Hills Mobile Home Community. Thorough investigation and direct engagement with the management, coupled with a skeptical assessment of the current conditions, are absolutely essential for anyone contemplating residency here.

Hidden Hills Mobile Home Community Reviews
WARNING!: Do NOT move into this trap. The Management is god awful. The fee's are endless and they continue to find new ways to increase said fee's. They change the lease to how they see fit. I've lived here almost four years and every year they have increased the lot rent.Edit: They're once again increasing the Lot Rent another 50 dollars as well as extra fee's. My Lot Rent used to be cheaper than my actual Rent. It's now almost 100$ more. They use excuses like "It's cheap for the area" but in reality, it's pure greed. If you have to sleep in your Car a few days longer to find somewhere better, I would suggest that.
Oct 29, 2024 · Mindless RhapsodyI just recently moved out. I owned my home there and was there for 17 years. My neighbors were awsome and have no complaints about them. Management on the other hand was and still is basically non existent. They only come around to inspect and hand out fees upon fees mainly to the non Hispanic residents. At the time of moving out my lot rent was about $460 now I believe is 500. They always promised road and septic repairs and also tree removal but nothing ever happened. Only rent increases, pot holes, and sewage smell with raw sewage water running in the ditches and on the roadsides days after rain. Such a shame. I'm surprised the city of Soddy-Daisy or the state has not beat them down with EPA and sanitary fines. I pray for the residents who can't move and are still there and wish them peace and good health. I also pray it gets better for yall.
Mar 06, 2024 · Adam YarbroughJust moved to Hidden Hills and the new management are very polite and helpful! Jennifer is always willing to help with a smile on her face. Very quiet community. And since the new management has taken over they are making a lot of great changes to make this place clean and friendly place to live! I would recommend other people to come and check it out! Thanks!
Nov 10, 2017 · Patricia LunaTerrible management by the Morning View Communities. Properties are poorly maintained and the charge for an old house is $1.450. In less than a year we had 4-5 property managers, no issues presented solved, increase of $250 rent during the struggles of COVID a lot of fees and extra charges. Plus just a lot of out of the way actions on our last months there just to make us leave because of personal reasons or maybe they want to sell. Who knows but I will not recommend it’s a constant headache.
Mar 10, 2021 · S HanscomLot rent is $350 bucks. Its has jumped 100 dollars since moving in and I own my home so that's just lot rent. my bill since march has been riddled with mailbox deposit fees and late payments and I've paid the balance off twice and still it's wrong with no help from management out of town owners
