The Park is very quiet, and we never had issues with neighbors or any of the other renters in the park. The stars out there are great as well. The manager, Kim is very sweet and worked really hard. She tried to do as much as she could within her means. The trailer itself had some issues, but that was to be expected with the cheap rent. I liked that after the first year, you are no longer expected to be on a lease, and since we were wanting cheap rent while we tried to buy our first home, it was perfect for us.I would give the place 4.5 stars for what it is. There are some newer nicer trailers on the property and some older ones that don't look quite as good. Same goes for people's yards. Some people let the front yard get a bit junky (against the rules of the park) and some had cute little gardens.I didn't notice much drama (I heard one fight in a year and a half of living there) and we never had anything stolen and I always felt relatively safe.There is a bit of a stray cat problem, but that keeps mice away at least! Oh and some of the tenants are pretty bad about throwing their trash INSIDE the trash bins, and instead just litter the ground. I feel bad for management, because she has to clean that up.. and she never lets it stay like that for long... like I said, she works really hard to keep it as nice as she can.The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because a few tenants are a bit messy, but Kim is great.. the place feels safe.. and it is affordable to live in.

My buddy has lived here for a year and the friends we have met that live here as well as the great landlady Kim make it a great place to visit or live.

This park has changed so much for the better since Mrs. Kim became the park manager. She has made sure the park is kept clean. She gets back to you fast with any questions, or concerns you may have. She works so hard, and puts so much into her job. (I hope she gets a reliable matience employee soon cause Mrs. Kim and her very helpful husband can only accomplish so much on their own). When I left the last day of February 2020 she was in the process of getting a matience person. This is a nice quiet community, clean, great for kids, and has an amazing sweet park manager Mrs. Kim. Also, this park is close to Chattanooga and Big Soddy Creek Gulf where you can swim and go on a nice walk. There are also 3 children's parks close to this location.

Awful awful place!! Told us for a week we could move in as long as we could show proof we had paid our garnishment off and have rent pet deposit and regular deposit on the day we planned on moving in. We had it ALL!!! We were to meet at 4:30. The receptionist called us at 3:00 and told us never mind we weren't approved. We had told our current land lord we were moving. So we were totally screwed. I reported them to Better Business Bureau.

My family and I have been looking for a place to live for weeks. Unfortunately, this mobile home park wasn't it. Maybe it is an ok place to live for a little while but too, maybe I'm not as trusting as I once was of people in general. We were to meet a realtor there and she never showed up either. After taking a look around. We decided it just wasn't for us.
