Taylor Blackland Farms RV Park Introduce
When searching for "RV parks near me" in the vicinity of Taylor, Texas, Taylor Blackland Farms RV Park, located at 1800 Co Rd 374, Taylor, TX 76574, USA, presents itself as a potentially wonderful place to stay, offering a unique environment and welcoming atmosphere. Based on the available customer reviews, the park boasts cleanliness, natural beauty, and a friendly owner, although potential guests should also be aware of comments regarding pricing.
One enthusiastic reviewer described Taylor Blackland Farms RV Park as "a wonderful place to stay! Clean, neat and tidy. Just how I like it :)" This immediately highlights the park's commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and order, which is a significant factor for many RV travelers seeking a comfortable and pleasant environment. The reviewer also mentioned being "lucky to get a spot," suggesting that the park might be popular and potentially have limited availability at times, especially during peak seasons.
Adding to its unique appeal, the same reviewer noted that it is "a beautiful RV park with friendly longhorns on the premises who don't mind having their picture taken :)" This distinctive feature sets Taylor Blackland Farms RV Park apart from typical RV parks. The presence of Texas longhorns provides a memorable and picturesque experience for guests, offering a touch of local charm and an opportunity for unique photo opportunities. This suggests that the park is situated in a more rural or farm-like setting, contributing to its beauty and tranquility.
The owner, Ken, also receives high praise, being described as "super friendly, informative and so helpful." A helpful and approachable owner or management can significantly enhance the overall guest experience, providing valuable local information and assistance with any needs that may arise during a stay. This personal touch can make a big difference in the comfort and satisfaction of visitors.
The natural beauty of the location is further emphasized by the mention of "Sunrises and sunsets are beautiful." This suggests that the park offers scenic views and a connection to the natural surroundings, allowing guests to appreciate the beauty of the Texas landscape. For those seeking a peaceful and visually appealing environment, Taylor Blackland Farms RV Park seems to deliver.
The positive experience of the first reviewer led them, as full-time RVers, to extend their stay significantly. They initially intended to stay for a short period while working but decided to remain "until the end of the month!" This strong endorsement, stating "That's how much we like this RV park," speaks volumes about the positive impression the park made on them. They even looked forward to their "first Texas Christmas" at the park, indicating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for an extended stay.
However, a contrasting perspective is offered by another reviewer who commented, "It seems like a nice place. But $750 plus electric is too steep for me." This feedback introduces a crucial consideration regarding the cost of staying at Taylor Blackland Farms RV Park. The mention of a specific monthly rate plus the additional cost of electricity suggests that the pricing might be higher compared to other "RV parks near me" in the area. This could be a significant factor for budget-conscious travelers and should be taken into account when considering this park.
Based on these two reviews, Taylor Blackland Farms RV Park offers a clean, beautiful, and unique environment with friendly longhorns and a helpful owner. It seems particularly appealing for those seeking a longer-term stay and appreciate a more scenic and tranquil setting. However, potential guests should be aware that the pricing, with a quoted monthly rate of $750 plus electricity, might be higher than other options in the vicinity.
To gain a more comprehensive understanding of Taylor Blackland Farms RV Park, local users searching for "RV parks near me" should inquire about the specific amenities and services offered. While the first review mentions cleanliness and the presence of longhorns, it does not detail standard RV park amenities such as the type and availability of hookups (water, sewer, electricity - amperage), the condition of the RV sites (e.g., levelness, size), the presence and quality of restrooms and showers, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi availability and cost, and any recreational facilities or common areas.
Furthermore, to assess the "steep" pricing mentioned in the second review, potential guests should inquire about the daily, weekly, and monthly rates, what is included in the base price, and the cost of electricity. Understanding the full pricing structure will allow individuals to compare it with other RV parks in the Taylor, Texas area and determine if it aligns with their budget.
Promotional information is not provided in the available reviews. It would be beneficial to inquire about any potential discounts for longer stays (beyond a month), seasonal specials, or any other promotions that might be available to reduce the overall cost.
In conclusion, Taylor Blackland Farms RV Park near Taylor, Texas, appears to be a clean, beautiful, and unique RV park with friendly animals and a helpful owner, making it a potentially wonderful place to stay, especially for those seeking a longer-term option in a picturesque setting. However, the pricing, with a reported monthly rate plus electricity, may be higher than some other "RV parks near me." To make an informed decision, prospective guests should contact the park directly at (512) 352-6853 or +1 512-352-6853 to inquire about specific amenities, services, and the full pricing structure, including any available promotions. The unique charm of the longhorns and the positive comments about cleanliness and the owner suggest a potentially rewarding stay for those whose budget aligns with the park's rates.

Taylor Blackland Farms RV Park Reviews
What a wonderful place to stay! Clean, neat and tidy. Just how I like it :) We were lucky to get a spot. It's a beautiful RV park with friendly longhorns on the premises who don't mind having their picture taken :) The owner, Ken is super friendly, informative and so helpful. Sunrises and sunsets are beautiful. The weather is so nice (compared to Maine right now lol). Because we really needed to stay put for a bit to do some work (we're full-time RVers), we decided to stay until the end of the month! That's how much we like this RV park. So, our first Texas Christmas!

Yeah there's a transport train in the area but it doesn't bother me . City life I guess. But over all these wide open spaces an the scenery is very homestead an loving .
Mar 15, 2023 · Jorge Sanchez IIWe've been parked at Blackland Farms RV Park for about a year while my husband is working a contract in Austin. It is a gem in the country. Quiet, scenic and the owners are friendly and helpful. It has one washer and dryer, but if you do not have washer/dryer on board, there are also several laundry mats in town. Easy access to FM973, 130 toll road, I35, and US79. Easy access to Round Rock, Hutto, Georgetown and Austin. We love it here.
Mar 07, 2019 · Julee HuntI just moved from Porter, Tx here to Taylor, Tx. Love it with the peacefulness and country living. First night of sleeping all night in a very long time. Even my dog, Ginger Rodgers aka Ginny slept all night. She is a Corgi a little bit over weight. Haha. Washer and dryer available on property. Its got paved roads and very clean. Also, Taylor has nice stores, resturants and everyone speaks and is helpful. Come join us. You will be glad you did.
