This personal touch extends to practical assistance, such as keeping residents informed about adverse weather conditions and sharing helpful RV tips, demonstrating a genuine care for the well-being and comfort of the park's guests.
The park itself is consistently described as "peaceful, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained." This emphasis on cleanliness and upkeep suggests a high standard of care in managing the property, contributing to a pleasant living environment for all. The presence of "thoughtful rules ensuring everyone's comfort" indicates a management approach that prioritizes the harmony and consideration among residents, fostering a positive community atmosphere. For those considering a longer-term stay, as one reviewer who lives in their RV full-time did, Central Texas RV Parks appears to be a particularly attractive option. This reviewer, after extensive research of "hundreds of RV parks in the general Austin area," found this "new park" and was immediately impressed. The owner, Ken, is described as "hands down one of the the nicest caring humans I've ever met, let alone RV park owners." This sentiment underscores the exceptional level of personal care and attention that residents can expect at this park.
The park's development also reflects Ken's thoughtful and considerate nature. The reviewer mentions that Ken chose not to finish developing two spots to avoid disturbing a baby bird nest, illustrating a remarkable level of care for the local wildlife and a sensitivity that goes beyond typical park management. His consistent availability for calls and questions further highlights his commitment to resident satisfaction and clear communication.
Central Texas RV Parks boasts several appealing features. Residents enjoy their own "side and back lawn with built-in sprinklers," a unique amenity that provides a touch of personal green space and convenience. Ken's consideration extends to the timing of the sprinklers, ensuring they don't disturb early risers. The park is noted for being "so nice and new," suggesting modern and well-maintained infrastructure. The spots are paved with gravel, and the road is paved with granite, which is not only aesthetically pleasing but also practical, as it doesn't retain excessive heat during warmer months.
While the park is situated in a gorgeous area with farmland all around, it is conveniently located just 10 minutes from Highway 35, offering easy access to surrounding areas. For those needing connectivity, the reviewer with T-Mobile reported "great reception." Currently, the park does not have Wi-Fi, and the bathrooms were still under construction at the time of the review, but they were described as "looking super nice in a gorgeous building," indicating that these amenities are being thoughtfully developed.
Despite the lack of mature trees (a common characteristic of newer developments), the park benefits from a "cool breeze" due to its hilltop location. Additionally, there is a "large shaded porch" attached to the community center building, providing a comfortable space for residents to relax and socialize out of the sun. The community at Central Texas RV Parks is described as consisting of "all long term and quiet respectable folks," fostering a peaceful and harmonious living environment.
The reviewer recounted a personal experience where Ken went "above and beyond" to help get their car out of the trailer and park, further emphasizing his exceptional helpfulness. This level of personal assistance and genuine care appears to be a hallmark of the ownership at Central Texas RV Parks.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me," particularly those seeking a long-term community within a reasonable commute to Austin (30-45 minutes depending on traffic), Central Texas RV Parks offers a compelling package. Its peaceful and clean environment, coupled with the exceptional care and attentiveness of the owner, Ken, creates a truly special living experience. The individual lawns, paved spots and roads, and the planned nice bathrooms add to the appeal. While Wi-Fi is not currently available, the strong T-Mobile reception may mitigate this for some. The emphasis on a quiet and respectful long-term community further enhances its attractiveness for those seeking a stable and pleasant living situation.

May 05, 2025 · Lourdes OrrantiaI love this place!!! I live in my RV full time. After researching and calling hundreds of RV parks in the general Austin area before moving down, I finally found this new park advertised on craigslist. The owner, Ken, is hands down one of the the nicest caring humans I've ever met, let alone RV park owners I've ever met. He won't finish developing 2 spots yet because he doesn't want to disturb the baby bird nest!! He's always available for calls and questions. The park is so nice and tended to. I showed up not knowing what to expect and it's so nice and new. I have my own side and back lawn with built in sprinklers. He's even thought to turn them early enough that it doesn't disturb the early risers. It's the most affordable park I've found within 2 hours of Austin (it's only 30-45mins driving depending on traffic and if you wanna take the toll road). It's gorgeous with farm land everywhere but 10 mins from hwy 35. I have tmobile and have great reception. There's no wifi yet and the bathrooms are still under construction, but are looking super nice in a gorgeous building. The spots are paved with gravel and the road is paved with granite so it doesn't get hot to walk on in the heat. There's no trees but there's always a cool breeze since it's atop a hill and there's a large shaded porch to relax under away the community center building. The guests are all long term and quiet respectable folks. Again, can't rave enough about the ownership. Ken even helped me get my car out of the trailer, park, ams goes above and beyond to help you if he sees you struggling with anything. You'll love this place, I'm happy I found it!!
