This suggests that the park may primarily cater to long-term residents but also accommodates short-term visitors. The reviewer also noted that the guest facilities appear to be "fairly new," suggesting they are well-maintained and modern.
While the park seems well-equipped for overnight stays and potentially longer visits, one notable downside mentioned by a guest was an infestation of "tiny sugar ants." The reviewer attributed this to the extremely dry local conditions and suggested preparing for such issues beforehand. This is a valuable piece of information for prospective visitors, especially during drier seasons.

Berry Springs RV Park Reviews
We came into the Austin area with our trailer needing a place to stay overnight while visiting relatives. This RV park fit the bill for proximity. This park is basically residential with a couple of opportunity slots for overnight guests. We stayed two nights. Our site was gravel and fairly level and next to the office. It was easy to back into. The site manager and maybe owner Shirley or Sheila sorry I don't remember was very courteous and helpful. The site had a concrete pad with a table and a couple of chairs. The utility pedestal worked fine. There is a clean bath house and restrooms next to the office. There is a nice shaded patio next to the office for guests. The guest facilities seem fairly new. This RV park was good for us as an overnight stay. The only downside is that we got infested with tiny sugar ants. The area is extremely dry and I should have prepared beforehand for the ants.
Nov 05, 2024 · David RobertsFriendly staff. Quite park. Popular compared to parks in the area. For me this is due to the honorable and traditional business practice.

Apr 06, 2025 · Alan OlsonSuch friendly folks! We called for an overnight stop, they were full. A little later the manager called me back & asked if we had found a site. We had not. Someone had just pulled out so she held the site for us! No one does that! Clean park, friendly and quiet. We will stay here again!
Jul 29, 2023 · Pam TullochPark is close to Austin so it stays full. Mostly long term residents. Some sites nicely maintained but many not so much. Infrequent short term sites may be available. As far as I could tell all sites are FHU with 50 amp service. Never had an issue with any of the hook ups. There are very limited rest room and shower facilities: just one small building for about 160 sites. Park maintenance and landscaping do not appear to be a priority. Georgetown Berry Springs Park is just across the road with very nice walking/biking trails and very nice nature areas. Some tent camping available as well.Residents were friendly and quiet. We enjoyed our two week stay in our 42’ motorhome.
