Tenino Estates LLC & RV Park Introduce
For local users searching for "rv parks near me" or considering long-term living options in the Tenino, Washington area, Tenino Estates LLC & RV Park, located at 601 Garfield Ave E, Tenino, WA 98589, USA, is a dual-purpose property offering both mobile home lots and RV spaces. They can be contacted at (360) 689-7150 or +1 360-689-7150 for inquiries.
Based on the limited customer reviews available online, there are significant concerns raised regarding the management and business practices associated with Tenino Estates LLC & RV Park. One detailed review recounts a highly negative experience involving an attempt to purchase a mobile home from individuals identified as Lisa Oney and Keith Saunders, allegedly associated with the park. The reviewer states that a $6,000 down payment was made for lot 904, which was initially put on hold by the bank. However, once the funds cleared, the reviewer claims that Lisa Oney had spent the money, and legal action was subsequently required to recover the deposit. Furthermore, the reviewer alleges being asked to pay half the rent on a mobile home they did not yet own. This account raises serious concerns about financial transactions and the ethical conduct of individuals reportedly involved in property sales within the park.
The same reviewer advises others to "watch out for scammers from Facebook or marketplace," suggesting that their initial contact regarding the mobile home purchase might have originated from an online platform. They express regret for not conducting more thorough due diligence themselves and caution that individuals who may initially seem nice might not be trustworthy. This experience underscores the importance of exercising extreme caution and conducting thorough investigations when engaging in property transactions, particularly with individuals encountered online.
Another review raises concerns about the park's management style, stating that the "Manager plays favorites." This suggests a potential lack of consistent and fair treatment among residents. The reviewer also mentions that "The y have a law suit against them," indicating existing legal issues involving the park or its management. This information should be a significant red flag for potential residents and RVers, prompting them to seek further information about the nature and status of any legal proceedings.
Adding to the concerns about management inconsistency, the same reviewer provides a specific example related to parking regulations: "Not consistent one month I was allowed to have 3 car next month I could only have 2. There is 3 drivers." This inconsistency in enforcing rules can create frustration and uncertainty for residents, impacting their overall quality of life within the community.
While the first reviewer does acknowledge that "Yes there are some nice people in community however we haven't met many," the overwhelming focus of the reviews is on negative experiences with management and property transactions. This suggests that while a sense of community might exist for some residents, the overall atmosphere may be overshadowed by concerns related to management practices.
Considering the platform category "rv parks near me," the negative feedback regarding financial dealings and inconsistent management raises significant red flags for potential RVers considering a stay at Tenino Estates LLC & RV Park. While the park is advertised as including an RV park, the reviews do not specifically address the quality or amenities of the RV sites. The concerns about management favoritism and inconsistent rules could also extend to RV guests, potentially impacting their experience.
Information regarding the environment of Tenino Estates LLC & RV Park is limited. The reviews primarily focus on management and financial issues rather than the physical attributes of the park, such as landscaping, cleanliness, noise levels, or the size and layout of the lots (both mobile home and RV). Potential visitors would need to seek this information through direct contact or a visit to the property.
Similarly, details about specific services and features are lacking in the provided reviews. For RVers, essential services include hookups for water, electricity, and sewer, as well as potentially Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and restroom/shower amenities. For mobile home residents, information about lot rent, included utilities, waste disposal, and community amenities would be crucial. None of these details are provided in the available feedback, underscoring the need for direct inquiry.
No promotional information is available in the provided reviews. There are no mentions of special rates, amenities being highlighted as unique selling points, or any incentives to attract new residents or RV guests. The feedback is purely based on negative experiences related to financial transactions and management practices.
Given the serious nature of the allegations in the customer reviews, local users searching for "rv parks near me" or considering long-term residency at Tenino Estates LLC & RV Park should exercise extreme caution. The reported issues involving financial misconduct during a mobile home purchase and inconsistent management practices are significant concerns that warrant thorough investigation and careful consideration. Potential RVers should also be wary, as the negative management feedback could impact their stay as well.
It is strongly recommended that anyone considering Tenino Estates LLC & RV Park conduct thorough due diligence. This should include contacting the park management directly to inquire about their policies and procedures, especially regarding financial transactions and park rules. Seeking information about any ongoing legal issues would also be prudent. Additionally, if possible, speaking with current residents (beyond those who have posted negative reviews) could provide a more balanced perspective. However, given the severity of the issues raised, potential residents and RVers should proceed with caution and ensure they are fully comfortable with the information they gather before making any commitments.
In conclusion, Tenino Estates LLC & RV Park in Tenino, WA, has received customer reviews that raise significant concerns regarding financial dealings related to mobile home sales and inconsistent management practices. While it operates as both a mobile home park and an RV park, the available feedback does not offer insights into the quality of the RV facilities or the overall environment. Potential residents and RVers should be aware of the serious allegations made in the reviews and are strongly advised to conduct thorough independent research and exercise caution before considering this property.

Tenino Estates LLC & RV Park Reviews
We were in the process of buying a mobile home from Lisa Oney and Keith Saunders for $29,000 lot 904 and we had given them a $6,000 down payment that her bank put a hold on and once it cleared she had spent the money and now our attorneys involved to get our money back. Moreover we shouldn't even had that pay half the rent when we didn't even own the mobile home yet. just watch out for scammers from Facebook or marketplace we should have looked more into this ourselves. Some people might seem like nice people then you find out they aren't. That's my opinion and my husband's. Yes there are some nice people incommunity however we haven't met many.
