Lilly Place Introduce
This information pertains to Lilly Place, a mobile home park located at 3227 78th Ave SE in Olympia, Washington. While the platform category is "RV parks near me," it is crucial for local users seeking residential options to understand that Lilly Place is a mobile home park designed for longer-term or permanent residents living in manufactured homes, and the available reviews paint a concerning picture of the living conditions and management.
The customer reviews for Lilly Place present a stark contrast in perspectives, with more recent feedback being overwhelmingly negative and detailing significant issues within the park. An updated review from August 31, 2024, paints a grim picture of the living environment. The resident describes a neighborhood plagued by unsavory individuals attracted by some neighbors, with frequent yelling and screaming occurring both day and night. Loud cars revving and peeling out are also reported as a constant disturbance. Illegal dumping is cited as a persistent problem, occurring both in and outside of designated dumpsters, contributing to a sense of disarray.
The updated review further criticizes the park's management, stating that maintenance personnel change frequently, every three to six months, leading to prolonged delays in issue resolution, if problems are addressed at all. The reviewer expresses a belief that the park owner has no interest in improving the property, resulting in a general state of disrepair. Safety concerns are also raised, particularly regarding young children living in the park who lack a safe play area and frequently run into the gravel roadway. The presence of wandering animals, some described as aggressive, and the failure of owners to clean up after them are also noted. Tragically, the reviewer mentions instances of animals being killed by speeding cars on the gravel roads.
Despite consistently paying rent on time for over four years, the reviewer states that their household is treated like "second class citizens." The review concludes with a strong condemnation of the park, labeling it "the park where your life goes to die" and giving it a 0/10 rating with a strong recommendation against living there.
An earlier review provides some context for the issues, mentioning the problem of people from outside the park illegally dumping trash in their dumpsters or at the end of their road. This reviewer also corroborates the slow response time of management to maintenance issues and echoes the sentiment that there seems to be no intention to improve the park. While this earlier review praises the maintenance workers as "super awesome" and deserving of a raise, it also highlights the lack of a playground for children and sadly notes the death of a park cat due to speeding on the gravel road, reinforcing the safety concerns.
In stark contrast to these negative accounts, an older, undated part of one review offers a significantly different perspective. This reviewer describes Lilly Place as having a "down home and heart felt welcome" and a sense of community where neighbors care for each other like family, offering help when needed. This reviewer felt a "refreshing time warp back to when people cared" and appreciated the warmth in contrast to the perceived apathy of the outside world. This suggests that at some point, Lilly Place may have fostered a more positive community atmosphere.
However, the more recent and detailed review from August 2024 paints a very different and concerning picture, indicating a significant decline in the living conditions and overall environment of Lilly Place. The issues raised in this updated review are serious and should be carefully considered by anyone contemplating residency.
Given the detailed and negative experiences described in the more recent review, it is difficult to provide a positive introduction to the environment, services, and features of Lilly Place based on the available information. The current environment appears to be characterized by:
- Frequent noise disturbances from yelling, screaming, and loud vehicles.
- Safety concerns for children due to the lack of a safe play area and speeding vehicles on gravel roads.
- Issues with aggressive and roaming animals, with owners not cleaning up after them.
- Persistent illegal dumping, contributing to a disheveled appearance.
- Poor and slow management response to maintenance issues.
- A general state of disrepair throughout the property due to a perceived lack of interest in revitalization by the owner.
- A potential lack of community cohesion, with some neighbors attracting "unsavory people."
The services and features typically expected of a mobile home park, such as timely maintenance, a safe environment, and responsive management, appear to be severely lacking based on the recent review. While the earlier feedback mentioned friendly maintenance workers, their effectiveness seems limited by the overall management and owner's lack of investment in the property.
There is no promotional information to be gleaned from the recent reviews. Instead, the overwhelming sentiment is one of dissatisfaction and a strong recommendation against residing at Lilly Place. The contrast with the older, more positive comments suggests a significant deterioration of the park over time.
For local users searching under the category "RV parks near me," it is crucial to understand that Lilly Place is a mobile home park and the issues raised pertain to the experiences of long-term residents. These problems might not directly impact short-term RV stays (if they are even offered), but the serious nature of the allegations regarding safety and management should still be a major deterrent for anyone considering any form of residency or interaction with this property.
In conclusion, the recent customer review for Lilly Place Mobile Home Park in Olympia, WA, paints a dire picture of the living conditions, citing issues with noise, safety, management, maintenance, and illegal dumping. While an older review offered a more positive perspective on community, the updated feedback strongly advises against living at Lilly Place. Local users seeking residential options should carefully consider these serious concerns and exercise extreme caution before considering this property. Further investigation and verification from multiple independent sources would be essential, but the current information strongly suggests that Lilly Place is not a desirable living environment.

Lilly Place Reviews
Edit: 08/31/2024This place is the worst. Neighbors have a knack for attracting unsavory people, yelling and screaming are an almost daily, and nightly, occurrence. Cars rev and peel in and out loudly during the day and night. People dump illegally all the time, sometimes in the dumpsters, sometimes not. Park maintenance changes every three to six months and it takes months to have any issue resolved, if resolved at all. The owner of the park seems to have no interest in revitalizing the property so every place looks in disarray. There are young children who live in the park with no safe place to play, constantly running out into the gravel roadway. Animals wander as they please, some aggressive, owners do not clean up after them. There have been animals killed by cars speeding down the gravel roadway. Our household pays and has paid our rent on time, consistently, for over four years now and yet we are treated like second class citizens in return. This is the park where your life goes to die. 0/10, would not recommend.(Original)People often dump their trash in our dumpsters or at the end of our road which sucks, but sometimes you find treasures. My caretaker and roomie found a Dolls Kill Care Bears jacket in there and I’ve found plush toys that I rescued from the waste. The management of the park takes their time getting your issues fixed, not surprising, but it seems like they have no intention of fixing up this park for the better. At least the maintenance workers are super awesome. They deserve a raise. Wish we had a playground for the kids that have to live here, would give them something fun to do. Please remember to drive slowly down the gravel road, we recently lost one of the trailer park kitties to this very subject.
Aug 31, 2024 · UIDB MGMTAlthough not what you might think of when you first hear of lilly place,, at least not by conventional means. One might be tempted to say alternative really., The down home and heart felt welcome as you enter these people's domain will reverberate throughout your visit and beyond that, as you realize that if you need anything that they can give, it will be offered. A refreshing time warp back to when people cared as much for their neighbors as for their own family. It's refreshing to leave the apathy riddled "Walmart conglomerate world that we live in today and feel that warmth.
Jul 02, 2023 · Mt SnodderlyLived there for 6 months. I found mold under the floor coming up through the heater Every time we used the dryer because that was not vented right. My wife got ammonia twice within the 6 months we lived there probably because of the mold. Not a good place for a family unless you smoke meth because that's the only kind of people that live there. Kids that acutally lives there stole from our mailbox mulitple times. People we constantly coming and going at all hourse of the night. The landlord lady was rude but very close with the tweakers that lives next door. We tried to tell her about all the activity that was constantly going on there but it seemed she didn't mind one bit. Not a good trailer park at all.
Aug 29, 2017 · Lyndsey BooneA great group of tenants live here mostly from the blue collar trades of one sort or another. A sense of community exists and most get along well. Slightly rural, wild life such as deer, possums, squirrels and raccoons often appear. The park is older and over a period of time getting renovated. Families with dogs who struggle finding a place to live with their pets find it easy to take up residence. Several students reside onsite and find the location workable. Diversity is important so discrimination isn't spoken here.A downside, however, is no bus service.People who do drugs and cause problems get evicted here.
