The Reserve at Flores Valley Introduce
Welcome to The Reserve at Flores Valley, a burgeoning mobile home park nestled in the heart of San Antonio, Texas. Located at 15803 S Flores Rd, San Antonio, TX 78221, USA, this community offers a unique blend of comfortable living, excellent amenities, and an affordable entry point into homeownership. If you're searching for "RV parks near me" with a vision for a more permanent and community-oriented lifestyle, The Reserve at Flores Valley presents a compelling option to consider.
The Reserve at Flores Valley is more than just a place to park a mobile home; it's a developing community designed to foster a vibrant and engaging environment for its residents. Recent feedback highlights the exciting developments within the park, including a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by local businesses like Spiffy mobile car wash, detailing, and mobile oil change. This event underscores the growing sense of community and the attention to resident convenience and well-being.
One of the standout features of The Reserve at Flores Valley is the impressive array of on-site amenities. Residents can enjoy a refreshing swimming pool, perfect for those hot Texas days and a great place to relax and socialize. For sports enthusiasts, the community boasts both a soccer field and a basketball court, providing ample opportunities for recreation and friendly competition. Furthermore, a well-equipped gym is available, allowing residents to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle without leaving the comfort of their neighborhood.
The positive review from a participant at the ribbon-cutting ceremony emphasizes the quality of the homes available at The Reserve at Flores Valley. They described the homes as "amazing" and highlighted the affordability, making it an "excellent place to live" and particularly attractive for first-time homebuyers. This suggests that the community offers modern and well-designed manufactured homes that cater to a range of needs and budgets.
However, it is important to present a balanced perspective, and one review raises concerns regarding the sales process with a specific entity, Cavco, which appears to be involved in selling homes within the community. The reviewer expressed dissatisfaction with the knowledge and professionalism of a sales agent, citing issues with incorrect personal information, delays in receiving refunds for unsuccessful applications, and a perceived lack of professionalism. While this feedback focuses on a specific interaction with a sales agent and the refund process, it is crucial for potential buyers to be aware of all experiences and to conduct thorough due diligence when making purchasing decisions.
Despite the negative feedback regarding the sales experience with Cavco, the positive aspects of the community itself – the environment, the amenities, and the potential for affordable homeownership – remain significant. The Reserve at Flores Valley is striving to create a welcoming and engaging living space for its residents. The presence of facilities like the pool, sports fields, and gym indicates a commitment to fostering an active and community-oriented lifestyle.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" who might be considering a more permanent housing solution, The Reserve at Flores Valley offers a unique opportunity. While it operates as a mobile home park, the focus on new, quality homes and community amenities distinguishes it from a traditional RV park catering primarily to short-term stays. The affordability factor, especially for first-time buyers, makes it an attractive alternative to conventional housing in the San Antonio area.

Aug 16, 2024 · Eddie DickerDo not buy from Cavco. The sales agent Sarah Saenz is not knowledgeable, she kept asking someone else for answers every time I had a question. She couldn't even get my name correct. If you are not approved it will take way longer to get your refund. She advised us it would be 5-7 days and I'm still waiting and it's been almost a month. She says "It's stressful waiting for my refund to come in the mail". No professionalism from her at all. If I could give no stars I would not give even a half
