Situated within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, The Trails At Cimarron offers a unique living experience for those seeking a sense of community and convenience. You can reach us at (972) 986-9123 or +1 972-986-9123 to inquire about available lots or potential accommodations for RVs as you search for "RV parks near me."
As you explore options for “RV parks near me,” The Trails At Cimarron presents itself as a community primarily designed for mobile homes, but with amenities that may appeal to those seeking longer-term RV stays in the Irving area. While specific information regarding dedicated RV facilities is limited in the provided reviews, the presence of a well-maintained community with a clubhouse and pool suggests a level of infrastructure and communal space that can be attractive to RVers looking for more than just a basic parking spot.
One of the standout features of The Trails At Cimarron, as highlighted by a visitor, is the “beautiful community” setting. This suggests that the park takes pride in its appearance and strives to create an aesthetically pleasing environment for its residents. The presence of a “great clubhouse and pool” further enhances the appeal, offering residents spaces for recreation, relaxation, and social interaction. These amenities contribute to a sense of community and provide opportunities for residents to connect with one another.
The positive experience of a prospective buyer who interacted with the sales office, specifically mentioning a representative named Issa, indicates a professional and polite initial point of contact. The willingness to provide a thorough tour of the property, even on a busy and hot day, speaks to a commitment to customer service and providing potential residents with a comprehensive understanding of what The Trails At Cimarron has to offer. This positive first impression can be crucial for those considering making The Trails At Cimarron their new home.
However, it is important to present a balanced view based on all available information. One resident who moved into the community in June 2023 shared several concerns regarding their individual lot and the responsiveness of management. This resident noted discrepancies in driveway construction, with their lot having asphalt while others had concrete, and expressed dissatisfaction with the explanation provided. Furthermore, they reported issues with a poorly leveled driveway that leads to flooding during rain, making it difficult to access their car and home. Despite repeated complaints over six months, the resident stated that the issue had not been resolved.
The same resident also reported a lack of response to a critical issue of half of their kitchen losing power for an extended period. They ultimately had to seek assistance from their own professional network to resolve the electrical problem, highlighting concerns about the responsiveness of on-site maintenance. These experiences suggest potential challenges in communication and the timeliness of repairs for some residents.
Another significant concern raised by this resident pertains to promised community improvements, specifically grass installation. They reported that while residents were informed this would occur in September 2023, their lot was instead covered with rocks, while they observed grass being delivered to other homes. This discrepancy raises questions about fairness and communication regarding community upgrades.
These negative experiences shared by a resident are important for prospective residents, including those seeking “RV parks near me” for a longer duration, to consider. While the community may present a beautiful exterior and offer appealing amenities like a clubhouse and pool, individual experiences regarding lot maintenance and management responsiveness can vary. It is advisable for anyone considering residing at The Trails At Cimarron to inquire specifically about the processes for maintenance requests, community improvements, and any concerns they may have based on these reviews.
The location in Irving, Texas, offers several advantages. Irving is a central city in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, providing access to a wide range of employment opportunities, shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Its proximity to major highways and the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport makes it a convenient location for both local and out-of-state residents. For families, Irving offers schools, parks, and community services.
In conclusion, The Trails At Cimarron in Irving, TX, is a mobile home park that appears to offer a beautiful community setting with amenities such as a clubhouse and pool. The initial interaction with the sales office seems positive and professional. However, it is crucial for prospective residents, including those looking for “RV parks near me” for an extended stay, to be aware of the concerns raised by at least one current resident regarding driveway issues, management responsiveness to maintenance requests, and the equitable distribution of community improvements. While the community has its appealing aspects, a thorough inquiry into the park’s maintenance procedures and communication protocols is recommended to ensure it meets individual needs and expectations.

The Trails At Cimarron Reviews
I moved in June 2023, first day here I noticed my driveway was the only one with asphalt, others were ALL concrete. I was told they couldn’t put concrete because of the gas line underneath… well the sign for the gas line is towards the back of the home, more towards my neighbor .. not the front. Even then, they would still have to break into my asphalt IF it was underneath anyway. The driveway is not leveled. I’ve complained constantly to Isa that rain floods my driveway causing me to walk on standing water, can’t exit my car, can’t get down the steps before reaching water. Below, the pictures show the reflection of the water. I always get told “I’ll reach out to construction” .. it’s been 6 months. In the month of September, I emailed the manager that half of my kitchen had no power, until now I’ve never gotten a response. Gladly, I work in the industry and was able to get maintenance from MY job to come do repairs for me. The response time here is poor. Not to mention, all residents were told grass installation would be done in the month of September 2023. As of last week, they racked up all the grass and dumped a bunch of rocks in my home, I bet everyone else will get grass though, as I can see them bringing in rolls of grass. I am starting to regret my decision on purchasing a home here. I’m not sure if it’s because i’m a young homeowner that they don’t take me serious? At this point I don’t want to believe that they are this poor in communication.
Jan 28, 2024 · Nataly GarciaBeautiful community. Great clubhouse and pool. I came to view a home and the lady at the sales office (I believe her name is Issa) She was very professional and polite. She definitely knows her job. Took her time to show the home and around the property even though it was very hot and a busy day for her. Me and my wife will be back to checkout the new homes coming in November. I fell in loved with the community.
Aug 15, 2024 · Jr CruzThis place is so bad I don't even know where to startI've been here for years and my advice to anyone is stay away from this place those new houses aren't worth it just look at the reviews, yea cheap down payment but paying over $2000. A month for 20 years wow really that financing its insaneI called left voice-mail she told me in my face I don't listen to them 300 houses 1 person I'm doing 2 much wooooowwLook over the Years we have had some bad managers and horrible people work in the office but the one thing that's always the same is they just don't careBut don't lay your rent and ooooo boy they will send big red papers at your door because that's the only thing that matters to this community money money moneyEverything else well half ass it and figure it out as we goWhat this corporation did to the people living here yea legally 90 day notice but man from the bottom of my hearth I hope karma gets yall 10 fold and you suffer 10% of what yall caused.I dare you to call the office and actually have someone answer. I've called 10 to 15 times in 4 days and stopped by during bussines hours to find the door closed.
Mar 09, 2025 · engine brothersI have been renting here for a year now and we’ve gone through many managers to get things fixed. Every time I’ve had an issue with the ac and heater Isa has gone out of her way to make sure me and my 2 baby’s are taken care of. I love working with her, she is very dependable and pleasant. If you are looking to purchase or rent make sure you ask for ISA.
Nov 29, 2023 · Areli MarquezMy wife and I drove by over the weekend, we had no previous appointment or anything and Isa just welcome us with a big smile. "New community in progress with great amenities coming up" was Isa's response to our first objection! ( pointing out the old homes next to the new ones.) New Community looks fantastic! Homes are gorgeous, different layouts, affordable prices for now days, easy to apply, and exeptional customer service!
