Timberline Estates Reviews
My wife and I have lived in Timberline for 5 years. Previously we rented a trailer from them. After 5 years we fell in love with the quiet area and very friendly neighbors. This led us to purchasing a manufactured home in Timberline and we are very happy with our decision. The process to purchase a home was quick and painless and the company was very helpful the entire process. The community manager (Kyla) was amazing during the process in answering any questions we had and explaining the entire process to us. This was our first time ever purchasing a home so having someone that was so ready, eager, and willing to answer every single question we had was such a relief. If you are looking for a great area to move and somewhere that is kid and pet friendly then I would definitely recommend purchasing a manufactured home from Timberline!
Nov 01, 2024 · Gary GronwoldtUpdating this review, as the main issue was addressed. We appreciate you responding and rectifying the issue.Recently moved here, the management team is improving. They are working on improving the park, but we’ve had some hiccups along the way. We have had some issues with getting some stuff done when our water froze and it was frozen at the meter, but we have worked that out. We wanted to get a tree trimmed that has been constantly having branches fall out on the roof and they won’t do anything because of the aesthetics of the tree. We also can’t seem to find any contact information for anyone higher up to talk to available on the website or any papers that we have. (They did respond to this with an email which we will use as needed)Overall this place has been great compared to where we were before and the neighbors are mostly all friendly and haven’t had any issues with any type of crime. It’s nice being a little secluded.
Dec 02, 2024 · Mr Ward (Mr Ward)Friendly and quiet area to live in. After living here for 5 years we finally purchased a home here and we absolutely love it. The process to buy was quick and painless. It’s a wonderful community and great place to raise a family.
