Pet-Friendly Policies: A Welcoming Change
A significant and positive development at Tomball RV Park is the evolving pet policy under the new ownership. Recent feedback from residents highlights a more inclusive approach towards furry companions. Previously, there were concerns raised regarding families with young children and pets. However, the new management has demonstrated a willingness to consider pets on a case-by-case basis, particularly for animals under 30 lbs.
This change has been met with immense joy from residents who consider their pets family. The ability to bring beloved "fur babies" to the park has created a stronger sense of home and community for many. While responsible pet ownership, including maintaining cleanliness and picking up after pets, is expected, this new flexibility makes Tomball RV Park a more appealing option for RVers traveling with smaller animals.
Responsive Management and Community Feel:
Another significant improvement reported by residents is the enhanced communication and responsiveness of the new management. Previously, reaching someone could be challenging. Now, residents feel "heard," even if the outcome isn't always what they hoped for. This improved communication fosters a greater sense of trust and support within the park.
Beyond management, the residents themselves contribute to a positive community atmosphere. While described as generally quiet, neighbors are often willing to offer assistance or point you in the right direction if you need help. This blend of peaceful living and neighborly support creates a comfortable and secure environment.

Tomball RV Park's location on Boudreaux Road offers convenient access to the amenities and attractions of Tomball, Texas, and the surrounding areas. Feb 05, 2025 · Makayla GalvanHey there! I just wanted to say THANK YOU to the NEW owner's!! Now, animals under 30 lbs can be accepted on a case by case basis! My mom and I struggle with depression a lot and I am definitely a home body. We were able to bring a puppy home as long as we keep the area clean and pick up after said puppy. At first I considered moving to another location because of cost of rent, but the price is well worth it to have fur children to snuggle up to.I didn't really know the other owners, but I know that now the owners are okay with pet's and I love fur babies 🥰I think I cried like a small child for hours because of joy when they accepted our ability to have little floofy choncksters.I also really like management now. Before it was really hard to get ahold of someone, and now you at least feel "heard" even if you don't like the answer. They have really great people skills and overall, I feel better about calling myself "at home".The residents here are super quiet, but if you need help, most of the time people can help at least point you in the right direction. I am very grateful for this place!Love y'all!-Chloe and Carrie
Jul 09, 2021 · Noone InParticularI only recently moved in here but so far I am enjoying the quiet. Only met one person here so far and he was friendly. The owner i spoke to on the phone was polite and friendly. Nice clean place to stay
Oct 03, 2020 · Roosevelt WilliamsIt's okay, but it's a little pricey for what you get
Dec 19, 2024 · Fred OrsackAvoid this place!! They accused my 86 year old grandmother of stealing services because no one was at the office for over an hour for her to check in!!! The owners daughter was professional the father was not! They only want long term, they will not accept a week at a time. But if you like places that are very noisy with washing facilities that are sub-par and management that is rude, then this is the spot for you.
