Nov 21, 2024 · Lisa LathropThis is the place to go if you want to get away and have some peace and quiet, star gaze without the interference of city lights, rent a boat or bring your own, roast hot dogs and make s'mores, the staff is awesome and always friendly even the campers are just as friendly. I've stayed at other places, and I wouldn't recommend them or go back to them. They have very rude staff members especially at one of them, and they charge outrageous prices especially on the weekends, and the other campers have no consideration for others, and they think the rules don't apply to them and continue to party into the wee hours of the morning, and their staff doesn't do anything about it they don't care if you are trying to sleep that's just rude. You won't be disappointed at Katherine's Landing campgrounds because everyone is just that considerate here even the kids are quiet when they're supposed to be.
