Triple Oak Mobile Home Park Introduce
For local users in the Hendersonville, North Carolina area seeking information about mobile home parks listed under the "RV Parks Near Me" category, this introduction provides an overview of Triple Oak Mobile Home Park, located at Dixie Blvd, Hendersonville, NC 28792, USA. You can contact them at (828) 393-5767 or +1 828-393-5767 for further inquiries.
It is crucial to approach the assessment of Triple Oak Mobile Home Park with objectivity, relying on the available feedback from residents. The reviews present a stark contrast in perspectives, which potential local users should carefully consider. One detailed and highly critical review paints a concerning picture of the park under its current management. This review alleges unprofessional and uncaring management, accusing them of dishonesty regarding the park's internal affairs. The user further claims that positive reviews may be misleading, purportedly written by the new owners themselves due to a lack of genuine positive feedback from tenants.
The negative review describes several concerning issues related to the park's environment and safety. These include allegations of unorganized and trashy lots, persistent presence of fallen trees and brush piles, long-term vacant trailers, frequent tenant departures, and inconsistent lawn maintenance. Furthermore, the review raises significant safety concerns, claiming inadequate tenant screening, a lack of safety for children, instances of break-ins, non-residents cutting through yards, excessive noise, and an unsettling incident involving a resident's behavior within the park. The reviewer expresses strong dissatisfaction, contrasting the current state of the park with its condition under previous ownership, which was reportedly well-maintained, clean, safe, and comfortable for residents.
In contrast to this highly negative account, a brief second review offers a more neutral initial impression: "Just went to visit a very good friend. But I'm not sure about this place cause we came way after dark. But from the feel of things, its actually nice." This suggests that at least one visitor experienced a potentially positive atmosphere, although the visit occurred after dark, limiting a comprehensive assessment of the park's daytime environment and overall condition.
Considering these contrasting viewpoints, it is challenging to provide a definitive assessment of Triple Oak Mobile Home Park. The detailed negative review raises serious concerns about the management, environment, safety, and overall quality of living within the park. These allegations, if accurate, would significantly impact the desirability of the community for prospective residents. The brief positive comment offers a glimmer of a potentially different experience but lacks the specific details and context to fully counter the extensive criticisms raised in the other review.
For local users actively searching within the "RV Parks Near Me" category for a place to reside, Triple Oak Mobile Home Park presents a complex picture. While the category might typically include options for temporary RV stays, it often also lists mobile home parks offering longer-term residential opportunities. In the case of Triple Oak, the reviews suggest a community primarily focused on mobile home living rather than short-term RV parking.
Based on the available information, the potential features and environment of Triple Oak Mobile Home Park could be characterized as follows, keeping in mind the conflicting perspectives:
- Location in Hendersonville, NC: Providing access to the amenities and environment of the area.
- Established Mobile Home Park: Indicating a community with existing infrastructure for mobile homes.
- Potentially Unmaintained Environment: Allegations of trashy lots, untidy grounds, and neglected landscaping.
- Concerns Regarding Management: Accusations of unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and lack of care.
- Safety Concerns: Allegations of inadequate tenant screening, break-ins, and disruptive behavior.
- Vacant Properties: Reports of trailers being vacant for extended periods.
Promotional information is notably absent in the provided data. The overwhelmingly negative detailed review serves as a significant caution for potential residents. The brief positive comment is insufficient to counter the serious allegations made in the other review. Therefore, any promotional claims by the management should be carefully scrutinized and verified by prospective tenants through thorough site visits, direct engagement with current residents (if possible), and by seeking independent information about the park and its management.
Given the significant concerns raised in the detailed review, local users considering Triple Oak Mobile Home Park should exercise extreme caution. A thorough on-site inspection during daylight hours is strongly recommended. Prospective residents should attempt to speak with current residents to gain a broader understanding of the living conditions and management practices. It would also be prudent to inquire specifically about the issues raised in the negative review, such as the condition of the lots, landscaping, safety measures, and management responsiveness.
In conclusion, the available information paints a concerning picture of Triple Oak Mobile Home Park. While one brief comment suggests a potentially positive feel, the detailed negative review raises serious allegations regarding management, environment, and safety. Local users searching within the "RV Parks Near Me" category who come across Triple Oak Mobile Home Park should proceed with significant caution and conduct thorough due diligence before considering it as a place to live. The stark contrast in the provided feedback underscores the importance of firsthand investigation to form an informed opinion.

Triple Oak Mobile Home Park Reviews
If I could give this MH park no stars, I absolutely would! Management is very unprofessional and non-caring. They lie about everything going on inside the park, because they don't want their tenants knowing the truth. Most of the "good" reviews on here are written by the "new" owners themselves, because there are no positive reviews for the tenants to actually talk about. The lots are very unorganized and trashy, trees and brush piles are always laying around everywhere, trailers on some of the lots have been vacant for years, people moving out left and right, lawns not being mowed the majority of the time, and management doesn't screen prospective tenants the way they should. This park is definitely NOT safe either, especially for children. :( There have been break-ins, people cutting through the yards who don't even live in the park, too much noise, and a man was seen recently running around the park in his underwear who supposedly lives there. OMG!!! The previous owner of this park would "roll over in his grave" if he knew what was happening. He used to keep this park very nice and clean, and free of trash, and was always making sure that everyone was safe and felt comfortable to live there. Now that the new owners have taken it over, it has gone downhill so very fast. It is pathetic to say the least. :( Shame on you ladies! I would pitch a tent on the side of the road before I would EVER think about living in a place like this! A business is not a business of any kind if one doesn't maintain and strive to be better for their customers, tenants, and/or clients. :(
