I love this park. It’s kept clean and quiet , great walking trails, awesome get togethers, clubhouse activities for any interested, friendly home owners and the new management is awesome!!! Highly recommend. Managers are awesome! This community is so happy with Miguel & Maria. May they stay here forever! This is the kind of park you want to retire in. 55+ and older only. Beautiful place.

My only negative comment is the space rent...It is high and going higher every year. How can seniors on a fixed income afford this or keep pace with annual increases??? Hopefully, this state will legislate to allow buyers of mobile homes in parks to also purchase the land under them at the assessor's rate and stop the extravagant space rent costs and incessant increases. Some states are working toward this end. The unaffordability factor for our beloved seniors is why I gave it only 4 stars.

Feb 25, 2024 · Kelly MorrowOnly giving a rating because I have to, but just wanted to share a recent experience: granted, I don’t live in the park, but for the last few months when it cooled down at night I had been walking my dog here because Shasta dam Blvd is a busy road and the road adjacent to the park has too many aggressive loose dogs. But one morning I decided to take him on a quick walk before leaving the house for the day just to get some energy out for him and I was stopped by a member of the management and told to leave because “residents get angry” seeing others walk in there. She escorted us out almost to the road when I decided to look at the signs because I swore I hadn’t seen any signage saying “outsiders” couldn’t walk through.. and sure enough there wasn’t any sign saying I couldn’t be there. But overall a confusing and disheartening experience for me and my well behaved quiet dog (that many of the residents have complimented and expressed joy seeing).

Management maintains the propery well, and enforces the rules that make this a great park. The residents are generally freiendly and respectful of others. I'm glad my RE agent recommended this place.
