Twin Maples Mobile Home Park LLC. Introduce
For local residents in the Bradner, Ohio area exploring long-term housing solutions, including mobile home communities, Twin Maples Mobile Home Park LLC., located at 1362 Bowling Green Rd E, Bradner, OH 43406, USA, presents itself as a potential option. While our platform category focuses on "RV parks near me," it is important to understand that mobile home parks like Twin Maples Mobile Home Park LLC. offer a different type of residential living, designed for longer-term residents who typically own their homes and rent the land. Twin Maples Mobile Home Park LLC. can be contacted at (419) 552-4340 or via mobile at +1 419-552-4340 for inquiries about residency and availability. However, it is crucial to note that recent customer reviews available online raise some significant concerns regarding the upkeep and management of the property, which prospective residents should carefully evaluate.
One review paints a concerning picture of the environmental conditions within Twin Maples Mobile Home Park LLC. The reviewer states that the trash dumpsters are "constantly overflowing" and claims to have photographic evidence of this issue. According to this feedback, the owner allegedly refuses to pay for regular emptying of the dumpsters, leading to "piles of trash on the property." Such conditions can create significant problems, including rodent and bug infestations, as well as persistent unpleasant odors, severely impacting the quality of life for residents. The reviewer also mentions that the owner and a person named Theresa refuse to make "severely necessary repairs," to the extent that the health department reportedly had to become involved. This suggests potentially serious neglect of property maintenance and a disregard for the health and safety of the residents. The reviewer further notes a disheartening sentiment among some residents who seemingly accept these conditions as preferable to homelessness, highlighting the potential vulnerability of the community.
In stark contrast to this highly negative account, another very brief review offers a positive sentiment, stating that "Charles and Teresa are very good people." This positive feedback likely refers to individuals associated with the park, possibly management or long-term residents who are helpful and well-regarded within the community. However, this positive comment does not address the serious environmental and maintenance concerns raised in the other review.
Given these limited but strongly contrasting reviews, prospective local users considering Twin Maples Mobile Home Park LLC. for long-term living face a complex situation. The severe allegations of overflowing trash, pest issues, foul odors, and neglected repairs, substantiated by reported health department involvement, should be a major cause for concern. While the positive mention of Charles and Teresa suggests that there may be some positive interpersonal aspects within the community, these do not negate the potentially significant problems with the physical environment and property management.
Prospective residents are strongly advised to contact the management directly to address the serious concerns raised in the negative review. Inquiring specifically about the trash management protocols, the frequency of dumpster emptying, and the status of necessary repairs is crucial. Understanding the management's response to the health department's involvement and their plans to rectify the alleged issues is also essential. It would be prudent to ask for evidence of improvements in these areas.
Furthermore, potential residents should attempt to visit Twin Maples Mobile Home Park LLC. in person to assess the current environmental conditions. Observing the state of the trash disposal areas, the general cleanliness of the grounds, and the apparent condition of the mobile homes and infrastructure might provide valuable insights. If possible, seeking out current residents to inquire about their experiences with the management and the living conditions would be highly beneficial in obtaining a more comprehensive and unbiased perspective.
It is important to remember that online reviews represent individual experiences and may not reflect the views of all residents. However, the detailed and concerning nature of the negative review, particularly the reported health department involvement, suggests potentially systemic issues that should not be ignored. The brief positive comment, while appreciated, does not provide enough information to counter these serious allegations.
Currently, there is no information available regarding any specific services or features offered at Twin Maples Mobile Home Park LLC. Typical mobile home parks provide lot rentals with utility hookups. Additional services and features can vary widely and might include things like waste management (which is clearly an issue here according to one review), common area maintenance, and possibly amenities like laundry facilities or community spaces. Prospective residents should inquire specifically about what services are included with the lot rent.
Similarly, there is no promotional information provided in the available data. Any potential incentives or special offers for new residents would need to be obtained directly from the management, and given the serious concerns raised, these should be secondary to addressing the fundamental issues of cleanliness and maintenance.
In conclusion, Twin Maples Mobile Home Park LLC. in Bradner, Ohio, presents a situation with significant red flags based on recent online reviews. The serious allegations of overflowing trash, pest problems, foul odors, neglected repairs leading to health department involvement, contrast sharply with a brief positive mention of two individuals. Local residents considering this community for long-term living are strongly advised to proceed with extreme caution, conduct thorough due diligence by contacting the management with specific questions about the reported issues, visiting the park to assess the current conditions, and ideally speaking with current residents to gain a balanced understanding before making any decisions.

Twin Maples Mobile Home Park LLC. Reviews
The trash is constantly overflowing. I have posted photos. The owner refuses to pay to have the dumpster emptied regularly, resulting in piles of trash on the property. This causes rodent issues, bug issues, etc. It smells constantly. The owner and Theresa refuse to make severely necessary repairs in which the health department had to get involved. Many residents here believe living this way is acceptable because it is better than being homeless.

Feb 14, 2025 · Jerel RoseTruly the grossest place I've ever seen. I saw roaches outside of most of the trailers, the place was not kept up at all and was a horrible mess. I would rate 0 stars If I could.
