Twin Oaks Mobile Home Park Introduce
If you're searching for "RV parks near me" in the Corvallis, Oregon area, Twin Oaks Mobile Home Park, located at 245 SW Twin Oaks Cir, Corvallis, OR 97333, USA, presents an interesting option to consider. While primarily a mobile home park, its location and ongoing evolution might make it suitable for certain RV living situations. As there is no direct phone number provided, you would need to seek contact information through other online or local resources to inquire about potential RV accommodations.
Based on the available customer reviews, Twin Oaks Mobile Home Park is a community undergoing transformation in a highly desirable location. One long-term associate of the park for six years offers a nuanced perspective, directly addressing potential concerns raised in "previous reviews" (which are not provided here but alluded to). This reviewer suggests that perceptions of the park can be influenced by one's own outlook, stating, "if you're looking for meth you'll find it anywhere, if you're looking for problems you'll find them everywhere, if you're part of the solution you will see this place through a different lens." This implies that the park may have faced some challenges in the past, but the reviewer's overall positive experience and observation of only one instance requiring law enforcement intervention in six years (related to a medical issue) suggests that these issues may not be pervasive.
The same reviewer praises the park owner and manager as "fantastic to work with," which is a significant factor for anyone considering long-term residency, whether in a mobile home or an RV. Positive management can contribute greatly to a comfortable and well-supported living environment. The reviewer acknowledges that there is "a lot of property neglect" and that the park is "far from picture Perfect tidy." This honesty provides a realistic expectation regarding the park's current aesthetic condition.
However, the most compelling aspect of this review for those seeking "RV parks near me" in Corvallis is the observation that "in recent years the demographic is shifting and this is becoming a highly desirable place to live in an excellent location near downtown Corvallis!" This indicates that Twin Oaks Mobile Home Park is evolving and becoming more attractive, likely due to its prime location. Proximity to downtown Corvallis offers numerous advantages, including easy access to shopping, dining, entertainment, cultural events, and transportation links. For RV owners looking for a base that combines a sense of community with urban convenience, this location is a significant draw.
The reviewer concludes with an optimistic outlook, stating, "Change happens slowly but the future is bright :-)." This suggests that ongoing improvements and positive changes are occurring within the park, making it an increasingly appealing place to live. While the review doesn't explicitly mention RV accommodations, the park's evolving nature and desirable location near downtown Corvallis make it worthwhile for RVers seeking long-term options in the area to investigate further.
The second review is from someone who was "usually only over there when performing work for Anytime Handymen LLC" and mentions remodeling two bathrooms. While this doesn't provide direct insight into the living experience at Twin Oaks, it does confirm that there are residents within the park who are investing in home improvements, which could be another indicator of a community on the upswing.
Given that Twin Oaks is a mobile home park, its primary infrastructure is set up for long-term residential living. If they do accommodate RVs, the services would likely include essential utility hookups such as electricity, water, and sewer. The specifics of these hookups (e.g., amperage of electrical service) and whether they offer amenities typically found in dedicated RV parks (like laundry facilities or communal spaces) would need to be confirmed directly with the management. The acknowledged "property neglect" might extend to the RV sites as well, so prospective RV residents should inquire about the condition and maintenance of the RV areas.
The key feature of Twin Oaks Mobile Home Park for potential RV residents is undoubtedly its location near downtown Corvallis. This provides unparalleled access to the city's amenities and vibrant atmosphere. While the park may not be the most aesthetically pristine, its ongoing positive demographic shift and the positive feedback regarding the management suggest a community with potential. The long-term associate's perspective encourages looking beyond initial appearances and recognizing the positive changes occurring.
As there is no promotional information provided, individuals interested in exploring RV living options at Twin Oaks Mobile Home Park would need to proactively seek out their contact information to inquire about availability, rental rates, and any specific terms or amenities for RVs. It would be prudent to ask detailed questions about the size and type of RVs accommodated, the hookup facilities, and any rules or regulations specific to RV residents. Given the mention of "property neglect," a visit to the park to assess the RV areas firsthand would also be highly recommended.
In conclusion, Twin Oaks Mobile Home Park in Corvallis, Oregon, offers a compelling proposition for those searching for "RV parks near me" due to its excellent location near downtown and its ongoing positive evolution. While it may not be a traditional RV park with all the associated amenities, its long-term residential infrastructure and the positive remarks about the management make it a community worth investigating for extended RV stays. The acknowledgment of past aesthetic challenges balanced by the optimistic outlook for the future suggests a community on the rise. For RVers seeking a blend of community living and urban convenience in Corvallis, reaching out to Twin Oaks Mobile Home Park for more information is a worthwhile step.

Twin Oaks Mobile Home Park Reviews
We love this place! In regards to many of the previous reviews; if you're looking for meth you'll find it anywhere, if you're looking for problems you'll find them everywhere, if you're part of the solution you will see this place through a different lens. In the six years that I've been associated with this park I've only experienced law enforcement being called once. It was in regards to a gentleman who was off of his doseage of medication. The park owner and manager are fantastic to work with. In general there is a lot of property neglect and the places far from picture Perfect tidy. However, in recent years the demographic is shifting and this is becoming a highly desirable place to live in an excellent location near downtown Corvallis! Change happens slowly but the future is bright :-)

Jul 15, 2017 · skyla williamsExtremely dirty trailer park. It looks like any one of the houses could be a crack house. Garbage and clutter piled in people's spaces, trailers that are run down. It's just really nasty.
