Valley View Estates LLC Reviews
I have had the privilege of living here for six years, having purchased my first home at the age of 21. In the past, I found that communication with management could be challenging, and at times, I didn’t receive the answers I needed, which may have contributed to some negative feedback about the park. However, there has been a change in management since then. This park has truly become my home. I appreciate its safety, the affordable lot/pad fees, which are the lowest In cache valley and the wonderful families and kind neighbors who live here. During my year-long search for housing, I found many options either unfeasible or out of my budget, making my home here feel like a rare opportunity.I want to express my gratitude for the new manager, who has been exceptionally helpful and kind. She has gone out of her way to assist me in navigating some challenges left by previous management and has always been open to finding solutions and compromises during tough times. It is heartening to see that the park is moving away from a more stringent oversight and is focusing on rebuilding a welcoming community. The efforts she has put in for me and others are greatly appreciated, and I find her to be very approachable and dedicated to enhancing our living experience.
Sep 06, 2024 · Mariah wilcoxI’ve lived here for 8 years and Shauna is a great manager so understanding and respectful to the community! She is the best manager the park has ever had! She is fast at communicating back to you when you are having problems and have any questions! I really hope that she stays for a long time! She’s really good! In my opinion she deserves a raise and much needed respect!
Sep 10, 2024 · Shaylin Cook2023 update. I’ve been living here for about a year. They are a bit slow at responding but I believe that’s because they run other parks. It’s incredibly safe here. Before anyone moves into the park they do background checks to make sure you are safe for the young community. The owner is a bit mean but I think you have to be if you’re the owner and the manager is nice if you communicate with her. The community here is amazing. Everyone is so nice and supportive. There are a lot of kids here so it’s kid friendly. There is also a small park. They do have a service that boots cars so the roads don’t become ugly but they will boot utility vehicles. I had some work being done at my home and they booted the utility vehicle. The booting service is different from the park and they suck. All the booting service once is money. Overall is nice to live here if you fallow the rules but they will go hard after you if you don’t. Also as of 2024 rent is $378 so it’s perfectly for low income housing.
