Westoaks Mobile Home Park Reviews
I was fortunate enough to get in there and get a lot. The manager joy and her husband Keith have been nothing but a blessing for me. I love all the trees. It's centrally located. You don't have to go too far to get what you need. Walmarts a mile down the road. And it's a very tight-knit community. They don't put up with any shenanigans. And that's just the way I like it. She keeps all the people that are homeless off the property. I feel like the luckiest man in the world that she accepted me. Once I get in there and get the fifth wheel fixed up I'm staying there as long as I can. She was my answer to my prayers.
May 04, 2025 · michael lackeyI have lived at West Oaks for 1 month going on my second month. I love it here, it's quiet, clean and know one that doesn't live here comes into the park. The owner and the manager are awesome. She keeps everything running smoothly. I had a problem with the hot water tank and she was on top of it to getting it fixed. When you have good management you have good tenants. I love it here and I'm not moving!
Oct 04, 2022 · Debbie YowellI moved in about 3 weeks ago and I have to say this place is quiet. This is a nice diamond in a rough neighborhood. The manager is the best fulfilling any requests promptly. The rent is very reasonable. Love the shade of the trees. I plan on staying here awhile for sure
Jun 11, 2022 · Royce MullinBeen here for almost 5 years and the rent prices are unbeatable, the landlord is VERY prompt on repair service. (Most places has to hunt down management and an act of Congress to get anything fixed) but not here! They will properly communicate and treat concerns with great urgency. I always feel at home here and I wouldn't trade this place for the world. (Keep in mind, the trailers here are older and some might need a little fixing here and there. But they always do what they can wherever need be.
Aug 01, 2020 · Destiny RhotenIm going on my 7th year of living in here n it's absolutely quiet, friendly, safe. It's like our own little world. We all watch out for each other...
