While the community is described as having "very nice staff, great prices clean community" by one reviewer, the issue of noise from a specific unit is a point to consider. Prospective residents or visitors should weigh the potential benefits against any reported concerns and seek direct information from the management to make an informed decision.

Westside Mobile Home Community Reviews
Very nice staff, great prices clean community however. The people in unit 13 play their music ridiculously loud and the city police do nothing about the noise nor has management. Aside from that could be a pleasant place to live but currently is not

May 16, 2024 · Marion VibbertIt’s a decent place to be, not everything is super pretty but looks like a good neighborhood, and mostly quiet:-)
Oct 31, 2022 · Paula GrayI pick up someone there for my job. It looks like a nice place to live. Peaceful, lots of trees, good space between homes.
