Willow Glen Mobile Home Park Introduce
Willow Glen Mobile Home Park, situated on Willow Glen Dr in Fenton, Missouri, offers a welcoming environment for both individuals seeking "RV parks near me" for temporary stays and those looking for a long-term mobile home community. While the specific amenities and services catered towards short-term RV stays are not detailed in the provided information, the positive feedback from long-term residents highlights several key aspects of the park that could be relevant to a broader range of potential residents.
One recurring theme in the customer reviews is the positive experience with the park's management. One resident specifically mentions the park manager as being "very helpful and very nice," and also notes that the owner and their assistant are "really nice." This suggests a management team that is approachable, responsive, and dedicated to fostering a positive community environment. For those seeking a hassle-free living experience with attentive support, the positive remarks about the management at Willow Glen Mobile Home Park are a significant advantage.
Another aspect frequently praised by residents is the strong sense of community and the quality of neighbors. One reviewer living in a cul-de-sac within the park states they "couldn't ask for nicer neighbors," and another long-term resident echoes this sentiment, mentioning that their "neighbors are great." This indicates a friendly and supportive atmosphere among the residents, which can greatly enhance the overall living experience, whether for a short RV stay or long-term residency. Feeling a sense of belonging and having positive interactions with neighbors contributes to a more enjoyable and comfortable environment.
Safety is another key feature highlighted by a long-term resident. They explicitly mention feeling safe within the park, especially in comparison to stories they have heard about other managed parks. This sense of security is a crucial factor for many individuals and families when choosing a place to live, whether temporarily or permanently. The feeling of safety within Willow Glen Mobile Home Park suggests that it is a well-maintained and secure community.
Furthermore, a resident appreciates that the park is "not over crowded" and notes that there are "enough people living here and are long time residents." This suggests a stable and established community that is not excessively dense, potentially contributing to the quiet and safe atmosphere mentioned in the reviews. A well-proportioned community can offer a more relaxed and comfortable living environment.
While the reviews are overwhelmingly positive regarding management, neighbors, and safety, one long-term resident does express a concern about increasing pad rent due to "market value." This is a common concern in many mobile home parks, where residents own their homes but lease the land. While not a reflection on the park's management or community, it is a factor that prospective long-term residents may want to inquire about to understand the potential for future cost increases.

Willow Glen Mobile Home Park Reviews
Willow Glen MHP has been a nice park for my husband and I. The park manager is very helpful and very nice. The owner and his assistant are really nice also. I live in the cul-de-sac and we couldn't ask for nicer neighbors. My husband and I would highly recommend Willow Glen MHP.
Jun 24, 2024 · Sally DunsmoorWe’ve lived here for a while now. I’ve heard stories of how other parks are managed and safety concerns. My neighbors are great and we feel safe. I feel there’s enough people living here and are long time residents. It’s not over crowded. The manager is very helpful and listens/helps with my concerns. I just don’t like that pad rent keeps increasing due to “market value”.
May 06, 2024 · BigjaydawggThe management has been kicking people out and making people change there decks and now they want all the decks pointed which for younger people it is probably easy but my mother is 76 years old and having alot of problems with her health. I heard through the grape vine that they would like the park to be senior citizens but they can not do that legally I think. Plus when parents moved in the contract they signed said there would be a pool and swing set area as well as walking trails there are none of these things. If my mom gets in trouble for this post I am the one saying this not her.
May 08, 2022 · christina grauI noticed all these reviews are from recently my father managed that place for well over 10years I believe and since he's passed away I have heard nothing but bad things about this park it's quite a shame my father worked very very hard to get that parked where it was he wasn't always right and he wasn't always Fair but in the end no matter what Walk of Life people live there they respected him in the end and his decisions that he's made for that parkk and he made that part a great place to live and really wanted to reach out and help the residents that live there instead of making their living situations harder RIP PETE DECLUE 12/5/19
