Woodridge Mobile Village Introduce
Welcome to Woodridge Mobile Village, located at 7722 N Palafox St d1, Pensacola, FL 32534, USA. While primarily a mobile home park, Woodridge Mobile Village offers a limited number of monthly RV spots, making it a potential option for those searching for "RV parks near me" in the Pensacola, Florida area, particularly for extended stays. It's important to note that based on customer reviews, the park's focus is more on mobile homes, and RV amenities may be limited compared to dedicated RV parks.
Situated on North Palafox Street, Woodridge Mobile Village benefits from a location that offers access to various parts of Pensacola. While specific details about the immediate surroundings are not provided in the reviews, North Palafox is a main thoroughfare in Pensacola, suggesting that residents and RV guests can likely find nearby shopping, dining, and essential services within a reasonable distance. However, the reviews do not elaborate on the proximity to specific attractions or the overall neighborhood character.
The environment of Woodridge Mobile Village appears to be a point of both praise and caution. One reviewer noted that the park "seems pretty well kept," attributing this to active management that "watches over the place." The presence of posted warnings about speeding, loitering, and trespassing suggests an effort to maintain order and security within the community. This active management seems to contribute to the property being "not let go to crapville like the other 85 %," indicating a level of upkeep that some other properties may lack. However, another reviewer described the park as "not a great place but not horrible," suggesting a more neutral overall assessment.
In terms of services and features for RVs, the information from customer reviews indicates limitations. One reviewer who lived in their RV while waiting for a house closing mentioned that there are "a few spots available by the month that have RV hook-ups." This suggests that short-term or nightly stays might not be the primary focus, and availability for RVs could be limited to monthly rentals. The same reviewer explicitly stated, "No amenities of a normal RV park," implying that typical RV park features such as laundry facilities, restrooms/showers, recreational areas, or organized activities may not be available at Woodridge Mobile Village. It is crucial for RVers seeking such amenities to consider other options in the "RV parks near me" category.
A significant point of concern raised in the reviews is the issue of parking. One RV resident mentioned "limited parking" and an attempt to charge an extra fee for having three vehicles after the first two months, which ultimately led them to move elsewhere. This suggests that parking for RVs and additional vehicles may be restricted, and additional charges could apply. RVers with multiple vehicles should inquire about the parking situation and any associated fees before committing to a stay at Woodridge Mobile Village.
The staff at Woodridge Mobile Village received a less than favorable mention in one review, with the assessment of "not the friendliest staff either." While this is just one person's experience, it is worth noting for potential residents and RV guests who value friendly and helpful park management. It is always advisable to interact with the management directly to form your own impression.
For those specifically looking for "RV parks near me" for a short-term or amenity-rich experience, Woodridge Mobile Village may not be the ideal choice based on the available information. However, for individuals seeking a "fairly cheap spot to park for a month" in their RV and who do not require extensive amenities, it "may suit you just fine." This suggests that the park could be a budget-friendly option for long-term RV stays where basic hook-ups are sufficient.
Promotional information for Woodridge Mobile Village is not explicitly provided in the customer reviews. To inquire about monthly RV rental rates, availability, parking policies, and any potential discounts or special offers, interested individuals should contact the park directly at (850) 583-5616 or +1 850-583-5616. Speaking with the management will provide the most current and accurate information regarding pricing and terms for RV stays.
In summary, Woodridge Mobile Village at 7722 N Palafox St d1, Pensacola, FL 32534, USA, is primarily a mobile home park that offers a limited number of monthly RV spots. While the park appears to be under active management and is generally well-kept, it lacks the amenities typically found in dedicated RV parks. Parking may be limited, and additional vehicle fees could apply. The staff was described as not particularly friendly in one review. However, for RVers seeking a relatively inexpensive monthly parking option without the need for extensive amenities, Woodridge Mobile Village might be a suitable choice. It is strongly recommended to contact the park directly at (850) 583-5616 or +1 850-583-5616 to inquire about current RV availability, rates, parking regulations, and any other specific concerns before making a decision.

Seems pretty well kept and probably because it seems management watches over the place. A well-deserved applause. Warning about speeding loitering and tresspassing all over. Nice to see the property well kept and not let go to crapville like the other 85 %.
Mar 15, 2023 · michael “Michael NYC” from the bronxLived in our RV here while waiting on the closing of our house. There are a few spots available by the month that have RV hook-ups. Limited parking though and they tried charging us 150 $ extra after the first two months because we have 3 vehicles. Caused us to pack up and move elsewhere. Not a great place but not horrible. No amenities of a normal RV park, but it's more for single wide mobile homes, although they also rent to campers. Not the friendliest staff either. But if you're looking for a fairly cheap spot to park for a month may suit you just fine
Jul 27, 2020 · Randalljames BuckinghaShady drug den with sewer and water problems. I lived here for over a year. The entire time I lived here there were multiple people high out of their minds all the time and even an overdose death. I had multiple instances of sewer issues including sewage all over my yard multiple times. They dug up the sewer line and water lines multiple times and didnt even bother to cover it back up. The manager changed 4 times while I lived there and nobody ever knew what was going on. I moved out on June 3,2019. I recently received a rude phone call from the new manager saying I owed over 800 dollars for the months of june and July. I called and informed the new rude manager that I no longer lived at their park. I recently received a bill for 411 dollars for a supposed light bill from July 1-19 when mind you I didnt live there. I checked numerous times before moving out that I did not owe this company anything. They do not inform you of the ammount of your light bill or ever show you an actual statement of your actual usage. It really seems like they just make up a number and never show you any actual proof. When I spoke with the new manager concerning this bill she became rude and hung up on me when I said I would like to speak to corporate. Their parent company office does not answer it just rings and rings. Avoid this place at all costs. They are quite obviously mismanaged. If the owner or corporate office would like to contact me and resolve this issue it would be greatly appreciated.
Jul 22, 2019 · William McAnellyWas trying to ask for a rental but the manager was verbally mean to me and my 2children, I have no means to want to live there now, our family would have rented 4 places, she's so rude. Prayed for her and left
Jan 14, 2020 · Shirley MillerWe stayed at Woodridge for several months and never had a bad moment. It was quiet, the staff was helpful and and the neighbors were friendly. We hope to go back.
