Yellow Jacket RV Resort Reviews
We had a group trip with 5 rvs and we all had a blast. The lots on the river have amazing views. The tables on the dock were a great meeting place, the pool was very nice, the grounds were kept very clean as well as the bath houses. We will come back.
May 01, 2025 · Tim Doerner4.8 and growing. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. There are a few LT residents and it adds to the charm. This place is like a little village with all the right accommodations. The main bathhouse and shower were clean and inviting. There was no place to hang up clothes though which was aggravating. There is plenty of surrounding grounds ro walk around including some trails. Our dogs loved the terrain. The dog park is small and not near enough space to suit 4 legged explorers. The entire area feels safe even in the wee hours. You can hear some very bizarre wildlife too! Adding picnic tables to sites would be a huge improvement and one of our only complaints. It does appear the resort is set to expand and those enhancements are well thought out and look wonderful already. We saw at least half dozen staff busy at work too, they are doing an amazing job. 👏
Apr 06, 2025 · Kenneth Haworth (nowspherethis)Excellent campground. Silly but I really found the hookups being 4’ high on the post very easy. No going to your knees for water, electric, cable hookups 😉. Version was 1 bar but WiFi was better than most places. Large Level sites , we enjoy site 4 but it is beside the path to the docks. We enjoyed saying hi to the occasional fisherman walking by but if you have a dog that barks one may consider a different site. All the staff wears jerseys that identity’s them as staff and they seem to be busy making things nice. Skip delivered our fire wood with a smile and refused my $ tip. He smiled and said it’s he’s job . Someone has skills in plants and trees as everything is beautiful to look at. Bring plenty of food and enjoy .Jack&Molly Coyne
Apr 12, 2025 · Handsome JackI found this place by accident and it confirms that some of the best things in life are unexpected. 1st of all the grounds are immaculate, the staff is kind courteous, and the owners are 1st class. Most campgrounds have few trees , road noise etc etc. This place is kept up like a country club. They are on the Suwanee River, they have monthly, weekly or daily boat slips. Its 125.00 +/- for a month!!! I am use to paying 10.00 per foot per day . Its only a 25-30 min ride @ 25 mph to some world class saltwater fishing. I can beat u to the gulf if you towed ur boat and ran mine. The freshwater is also top notch. I am fromSt Augustine fl and this campground is the nicest, ive ever stayed at. Not to mention that everyone here comes back every year , so its community of very very nice people. Everyone made me feelWelcome and apart and the community!!! Btw, they have a dog park, and theres miles of trails in the Suwanee wildlife refuge which backs up to this property. I forgot to mention its also gated and has great storage and u cant beat their pricing!!!
