Zeidas Mobile Park Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in the Portland, Oregon area? If so, Zeidas Mobile Park, located at 6112 SE Clatsop St, Portland, OR 97206, USA, presents a straightforward option to consider. This established mobile home and RV park offers a functional space for those seeking longer-term stays or temporary accommodation for their recreational vehicles. Based on available information, including direct customer feedback, here's a detailed look at what Zeidas Mobile Park offers.
Environment and Atmosphere:
The environment at Zeidas Mobile Park appears to be generally low-key and community-oriented, at least according to one resident's experience. Described as "pretty chill" and "pretty quiet," the park seemingly avoids significant disturbances or neighborly conflicts. This can be a significant advantage for individuals prioritizing a peaceful living environment. The enclosed nature of the court, as highlighted in a review, offers a degree of security and reduces concerns about external traffic incidents, which can be a notable benefit in a busy urban area like Portland.
However, it's important to acknowledge a contrasting perspective from another reviewer. This feedback suggests a potential decline in the park's upkeep, mentioning an increase in vacant vehicles and litter. This indicates a possible inconsistency in the park's maintenance standards over time. Prospective residents should consider this discrepancy and perhaps seek the most current information available before making a decision.
Services and Features:
While specific details about the comprehensive services and features of Zeidas Mobile Park are limited in the provided reviews, we can infer some aspects based on its nature as an RV and mobile home park. Typically, such parks offer essential utilities hookups for RVs, including water, electricity, and sewage. The presence of a "mobile home court" suggests that longer-term residency with these amenities is a primary function of the park.
The positive review mentions "property management and workers were communicative," which is a crucial aspect of any residential or temporary living situation. Responsive and helpful management can significantly enhance the living experience by addressing concerns and facilitating a smooth stay. However, the more critical review doesn't comment on the current state of management responsiveness, leaving this aspect somewhat uncertain.
Based on the location and general nature of RV parks, it's reasonable to assume the presence of basic infrastructure such as internal roadways for vehicle access. The mention of being able to "park in the court" implies designated parking areas for residents and their vehicles.
Potential Advantages:
- Potentially Quiet Environment: For those seeking a less hectic atmosphere, at least historically, Zeidas Mobile Park may offer a relatively peaceful setting.
- Off-Street Parking: The ability to park within the court can provide a sense of security and convenience, mitigating concerns about street parking in Portland.
- Communicative Management (Past Experience): Previous residents have noted positive interactions with the property management.
- Established Location: Being located in Southeast Portland, the park offers access to various amenities, transportation options, and attractions within the city.
Potential Considerations:
- Inconsistent Upkeep: Recent feedback suggests a potential decline in the park's cleanliness and overall maintenance.
- Vacant Vehicles: The presence of more vacant cars than tenants could indicate lower occupancy or other underlying issues that might affect the park's atmosphere or resources.
- Limited Detailed Information: The provided reviews offer a glimpse but lack comprehensive details about all the services and rules of the park.
Promotional Information:
Currently, there is no specific promotional information available for Zeidas Mobile Park in the provided text. Individuals interested in learning more about current rates, availability, and any special offers should directly contact the park management. It's advisable to inquire about recent maintenance efforts and the general condition of the park based on the more recent critical feedback.
Conclusion:
Zeidas Mobile Park in Southeast Portland presents a basic option for those searching for "RV parks near me" or longer-term mobile home living. Past experiences suggest a potentially quiet and secure environment with communicative management. However, more recent feedback raises concerns about the park's current upkeep and the number of vacant vehicles. Prospective residents are strongly encouraged to conduct their own due diligence. This could include visiting the park in person to assess its current condition, speaking with current residents if possible, and directly contacting the management for the most up-to-date information on services, availability, and any ongoing improvements. By gathering a comprehensive understanding of the current situation, individuals can make an informed decision about whether Zeidas Mobile Park meets their specific needs and expectations for an RV park or mobile home living in Portland.

Zeidas Mobile Park Reviews
I lived here for about 6 months. Certainly nothing fancy, but it was a pretty chill mobile home court, not trouble from neighbors, no drama, pretty quiet. It's nice, because you can park in the court, and not worry about any Portland idiot drivers crashing into your car. The property management and workers were communicative.
