Nielson Mobile City Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in the Portland, Oregon area? If so, Nielson Mobile City, located at 10835 SE Powell Blvd, Portland, OR 97266, USA, presents a unique option to consider. While primarily a mobile home park, it's worth exploring for those seeking potential long-term RV parking solutions within a well-maintained environment. You can reach them by phone at (503) 946-8127 or their mobile number +1 503-946-8127 to inquire about any available RV spaces and their specific terms.
Based on available information, Nielson Mobile City appears to offer a distinctly different atmosphere compared to some traditional trailer parks. One online review humorously describes it as an "uppidy trailer park," highlighting its cleanliness and adherence to certain standards. The reviewer noted the presence of only one car per trailer and the absence of graffiti, suggesting a well-kept and orderly community. This might appeal to individuals seeking a more refined and less cluttered environment for their RV living experience.
For those prioritizing cleanliness and a sense of order in their chosen RV park, Nielson Mobile City's reputation for being clean could be a significant advantage. The description of "no spray paint on anything" further reinforces the image of a community that values its appearance and upkeep. This attention to detail can contribute to a more pleasant and comfortable living environment for residents and potentially long-term RV guests.
However, it's crucial to consider all available feedback when making your decision. Another review paints a less positive picture, detailing a negative experience involving the towing of a contractor's vehicle. This review alleges that the towing was unwarranted and stemmed from a personal issue rather than a legitimate parking violation. While this appears to be an isolated incident related to a visitor, it's important to be aware of all perspectives and potentially inquire about guest parking policies if you anticipate having visitors during your stay.
Considering the category "RV parks near me," Nielson Mobile City might offer a different type of long-term stay compared to dedicated RV resorts. Mobile home parks often have a more residential feel, with residents who live there permanently. This can translate to a quieter and more stable community environment. However, it's essential to understand the specific rules and regulations regarding RVs, the availability of hookups (water, electricity, sewer), and the duration of stay permitted for RVs at Nielson Mobile City. Direct communication with the park management is crucial to clarify these details.
If you are looking for a long-term RV parking option in Portland and value a clean and seemingly well-maintained environment, Nielson Mobile City could be a place to investigate further. Contacting them directly will allow you to ascertain if they currently have any suitable spaces for RVs, understand their pricing structure for RV stays, and learn about the amenities they offer to residents and any potential long-term RV guests. Inquire about the availability of essential services such as laundry facilities, waste disposal, and any community areas that might be accessible.
Furthermore, it would be beneficial to ask about the average size of the mobile home lots, as this might give you an indication of the space available for an RV. Understand the parking situation for RVs – are there designated RV spots, or would you be parking on a standard mobile home lot? Clarify the utility hookups available at each space and the associated costs. Don't hesitate to ask about any specific rules or regulations that apply to RVs staying in the park.
While the online reviews offer some insight into the environment and management style, remember that individual experiences can vary. It's always best to conduct your own due diligence by contacting Nielson Mobile City directly, asking detailed questions, and potentially even visiting the location if possible to get a firsthand impression. This will help you determine if it aligns with your specific needs and preferences for an "RV park near me" in Portland.
In conclusion, Nielson Mobile City, while primarily a mobile home park located at 10835 SE Powell Blvd, Portland, OR 97266, presents a potential option for those seeking long-term RV parking in a reportedly clean and orderly environment. Contacting them at (503) 946-8127 or +1 503-946-8127 is the best way to gather specific information about RV availability, terms, and amenities. Remember to consider all available feedback and conduct your own thorough inquiry to make an informed decision that suits your individual needs when searching for "RV parks near me."

Aug 13, 2024 · Kevin DoveI am a contractor who was doing a job for a tenant on Father's day. I parked where I was told and when I took lunch my car was there. I came back and it had been towed. This place is ran by a power tripping, personal vandetta against the man I was installing the floor for. Who btw has cerebral palazy and has been there 20+ yrs. Now I have no car and have to pay $240 to get my car that was illegally towed. Stay far away from here.
