It appears to be a well-maintained and convenient stop for both overnight travelers and those looking to explore the Adrian area.
The environment of Adrian City Campsite is described by one reviewer as a "beautiful oasis," suggesting a well-kept and pleasant setting despite its location near a busy freeway. This implies that within the campground itself, efforts have been made to create an attractive and comfortable atmosphere for guests. While the immediate surroundings might include the sounds of traffic, the campground seems to offer a respite with its landscaping and amenities. The presence of power and water at each site further enhances the convenience and comfort for RV and tent campers alike.
One of the notable features of Adrian City Campsite is the availability of "nice amenities," including practical facilities like laundry machines. This is particularly beneficial for travelers on longer journeys who need to take care of laundry. Adrian City Campsite Reviews
I feel badly giving only 4 stars but it was pretty loud all night-right next to busy freeway. Others may consider that a plus being easy and close to I90. Otherwise it’s a beautiful oasis with nice amenities-including laundry machines and a pool. Power and water at each site…really good water. Overall a lovely spot
Jul 29, 2024 · Martha PearsonThis is a very good campground. The sites were very spacious and well taken care of. The staff was friendly and attentive. They even had Schwan's ice cream bars for sale inside. The bathrooms were clean and shower facilities were good. I would have preferred a locking, solid door on the outside of each shower stall instead of the traditional two-curtain setup, but it was still good.
Jun 17, 2019 · Eric SturmQuiet, without revelers at our stay. Interstate noise carries to the campground, but that doesn't bother me. Clean showers/restrooms. Showers: the shower head points to the back, spraying away from the section where one dresses and have your clothes. The floor was dry there! Yippee!
Aug 19, 2017 · Philip RBeautiful park with many tall trees and lots of room for playing or walking pets. Was able to get full hook ups plus firewood for $31. Bathrooms and showers in reasonable shape and clean. Stayed here twice when traveling through. Will return.
Aug 08, 2018 · Jean EdwardsWe camp here a few times each summer. Most of the sites are decently spaced and have mature trees for shade. We try to get a site near the bathroom/shower house and the park. There is a nice picnic shelter there with tables and walls. Power is also available in the picnic shelter. Some weekends in the summer there are activities for adults and kids. If you are camping you can use the city pool at no cost.
