One star. I hate this place. Pay almost 1,000 a month just to stay here yet we can't even use the restrooms (long term stay). With a broken shower in our RV I feel like it would be nice for people to understand and to take an actual shower. Muddy ankle-deep puddles as you step outside of your RV. This isn't just with mine either. If we could use the restrooms it would be a way better review. Also muddy brown water that smells and tastes like chlorine. A filter for our water doesn't even fix this sometimes. Wi-Fi sucks. I've read from other reviews that they usually have people use their own hotspots. Which I think is stupid compared to how much the price is. Laundry is hard to manage. The area is nice and has books but I've had to re-dry and wash my clothes more than once. I've come from Arizona and this place has been the WORST of everyone that I've been to. It has a nice nature trail though. Small but nice. - hYper_Fix:33
