Bear Valley Campground Reviews
In case you were wondering why it's called "bear valley" it's because there's bears 😂 I don't know why I didn't put two and two together until seeing the warning on the table, but I drove three hours to get there and I didn't want to deal with finding another spot on a Saturday. Had one maybe two come through the campsite last night (crazy to see, scary to hear), kinda cool but I don't recommend if you have a pet with you in a tent. Overall though, it's a nice secluded spot with a clean bathroom, and well kept sites. They even have fire pits and picnic tables included. They also have places to hang items for safety (because of the bears) in each site. Had a deer come through in the evening, and the first thing my dog did was take a dirt bath.
