I just spent 8 days here at a retreat and it was magical! The location is deep in the redwoods and so peaceful! The staff were friendly and the facilities are top notch! Slept like a baby 🥹
Jun 14, 2024 · Daniel GrozdanovMy August visit was my 2nd year in attendance to a music festival at the magical Camp Navarro. This year did not disappoint nor did the first year! Dan is the owner and operator of this beautiful property and he does a great job of organizing and managing the event, not to mention his communication is awesome and very timely. Whether you choose to traditionally tent camp, score an open adirondack cabin, or rent a teepee or closed door cabin, you'll have a great experience! There's lots of space and different camps and everything is close and not a far walk. One of the best features of this place are the actual outdoor showers. Talk about an unforgettable experience! There's flushing bathrooms and running water, even provide soap and paper towels. Of course, conserve as much as possible. If you forgot any food, there's a cafe and store as well as an outdoor to wood fire pizza oven. Throughout the day, there are activities set up such as rock climbing, archery, etc. In the evening, they have a campfire and s'mores. Now as for the music, the reason why I was there--was so amazing! The stage and sound is definitely crafted with care and produces such great music quality. Tied in with the camping experience and being with friends, I've made this an annual tradition!
Sep 18, 2023 · Tracy BlairThis place is pretty magical. I was here for an event by The Outpost Trade and had a chance to explore the grounds. I also heard it used to be a boy scout camp back in the day so there are tons of hiking trails and activities to keep you busy. The cabins are pretty rustic and it does get very cold at night (I’m talking 40 degrees) so I would recommend packing very warm clothes and sleeping bags.
Sep 09, 2018 · Abi StephensI came here from Europe to take part in a very special and magical event, the location is absolutely fantastic and the facilities are adequate for people bringing their own tents or using the open Adirondack cabins. Apparently for our event host the event was a success and they are going to repeat it this year.
Jan 18, 2018 · Martin BrennerPark was beautiful, enjoyed the redwoods and did tree climbing but this dude asked me if I was the replacement and where my 'power armor' was??? No idea what he meant by that but here is an image of the guy and he wore this weird alien-eske suit which I assumed was the 'power armor' in question.. great park but this encounter may deter me from coming back....
