Cardinal Campground Reviews
I've stayed here a few times and it's quite nice. I live about 90 minutes from here but its worth the drive. If you are looking for a quiet, small, and well kept campground: come here.
Feb 08, 2024 · Logan WheelerWe were there recently visiting family for 2 1/2 weeks. It was so peaceful and the owners are great. Area was well kept and mowed. Firepit and picnic table at each site. I didn't use the bathrooms, pool or laundry facilities. The only downside was no sewer hookup, but they offer weekly clean outs for a small fee. If you go, be sure to take the road out of Campbell (I think it's exit 39 off the highway or 40, Savona), NOT the more western one if you're heading east; GPS may take you off exit 41 up a very long and rough dirt road.
Aug 28, 2023 · Kathleen HudsonHad a great time at CC this summer. Went on a wine tour of the finger lakes and camped here. The owners are an extremely nice family who will go out of their way to make the guests happy. They have very large sites with water and electricity and most of the guests are long term campers...so its nice an quiet. Thanks so much for a great weekend!
Sep 06, 2014 · T.j. RissingThis was the first time at cardinal campground in 20 yrs. Very nice, lots of shade, big sites. Our rig was to long to access the dump station. Everything else was fine. Friendly, and quiet.
Sep 08, 2020 · Bill HargraveVery nice family employees who made sure we had everything we needed. Nothing but peace and quiet. Would have given 5 stars but our purchased firewood was too green to burn. Would definitely go back !
