Apr 25, 2025 · Traye GreenI had a fantastic experience at Fireside Outpost. I was hiking the nearby Benton MacKaye trail and desperately needed a place to rest and recharge. The owner of the outpost offered to not only give me a great price for a cabin but was willing to pick me up and drop me back off the next day. The room and bathhouse were immaculate and a nearby restaurant provided a great meal. I can’t say enough good things about this place.
Apr 18, 2025 · Eric SThis place is so charming, and beautiful! Each cabin and camp spot has its own fire pit, it’s situated to offer privacy yet community. There are several areas for larger parties to gather around the fire in the beautiful Adirondack chairs. I stayed in a cabin and it had a microwave and fridge that was a good size for multiple days worth of groceries! A nice heater, chair and rug made it very homey. The bath house is so clean! Everything is provided for you! I am a very observant person and Kim has really put the time and effort from each hook to the decor. It’s so lovely. It’s so well kept she was like a ghost never leaving towels or trash in the bins. I really enjoyed my stay here it’s so peaceful. You’ll definitely want to enjoy more than one night believe me! Gift yourself time here!
