Loggers Lake Campground

Bunker, MO 63629, USA

4.0
We took a round trip with my step daughter and here husband and four kids. It was a nice scenic two hour drive but so worth it. We got a day pass to the picnic and camp ground by the dame. All the landscaping is overgrown and and up to my knees in some parts. We all were getting bites before the bug spray…. They have private bathroom outdated not dirty but not clean just old times out house like. There was plenty of parking, picnic tables with plenty area around , a small beach clean with access to wading water, a designated fishing area, hiking trails with sit down benches along the water way, fresh running water. Not wheelchair friendly no access. There is absolutely no cell/ internet service available for miles. This area is beautiful with picturesque landscapes the water temperature was perfect and was clear and clean. Lots of shade trees with the perfect amount of a nice breeze of wind.. The area to be so secluded in the park with little to no traffic it’s felt so safe. I was able to just enjoy the moment and relax. It was a little peace of calm on earth. - KC Clark
