Mossquatch Resort Reviews
I highly recommend staying at Mossquatch Resort! We got lucky and were able to stay at the end of the season and it was beautiful! If you are looking for a getaway to take a break from the grid; this is the place for you. The cabins are rustic and well made. They smell like cedar and are incredible. The beds are so comfortable and the wood fire stove is perfect for keeping warm on the cold nights. The night sky was so clear, we could see all the stars and even the milky way! We had never seen that that clear before! The outhouses, trails and the outdoor park for kids were just so much fun to experience. They do have a shower trailer and a wood stove sauna! This place is so close to beaches and adventures up and down the peninsula. The check in process is seamless and the owners and the camp workers are so incredibly kind and gracious. I one thousand percent recommend Mossquatch Resort and we will be coming back.
Oct 08, 2024 · D GreeneI had the most amazing time staying here. The property is beautiful and the hosts are the kindest people I’ve met in a long time. Ron and Jerry make you feel right at home. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen comes with everything you need if you just bring a cooler of food. They really thought of everything and I was so impressed by their attention to detail.
Sep 05, 2024 · Payton ZellersBeautiful tents and everything is so clean and well thought out. You get the best of both worlds for camping in nature in a tent but with the luxury of a comfy bed! The host was super sweet and made sure we had everything we needed and made sure we knew how to work the propane heater. Our tent was next to the river so we fell asleep to the Beautiful sounds of the water. We will definitely be coming back!
Jun 10, 2024 · Bee Ewell-KollmannWe absolutely loved this place! A few things that will hopefully help you out.-They are dog friendly.-Have trails exclusive to their guests.-You will see wildlife, please be respectful of them.- The shower & potty house are kept exceptionally clean. Did not smell bad.- There is a sweat lounge. Bring your swimsuit.- Pay attention to the tent number signs. It'll say T-8 for tent 8 for example.- It has an enclosed kitchen, with drinking water and utility water.I highly recommend this resort.
Aug 02, 2024 · Minerva BarriosABSOLUTELY A GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!I was genuinely shocked of how under promoted this place truly is!The amenities were just keep coming and coming as a surprise, cause there were no prior information about It online while booking. This glamping location has few cabins available on their separate field and about 12-14 tents, which are privately separated from each other.Resort includes:1. Fire pit with a ready to use logs.2. Outdoor kitchen with all the tools needed to have a breakfast and dinner and etc.3. Sauna.4. Even their own made trails to creeks and waterfalls5. A camp style zip-lines, swings, playgrounds6. Outdoor shower an indoor shower. The place is heavily decorated with beautiful pieces made of trees with a fairy-tale design. One of the best parts is a keeper of this place, who takes such a great and nuanced care of this location.I had my doubts before coming to stay with the resort, but it turned out to be super safe and the best staying experience I ever had on vacation! The only CON and criticism that I would have is that be ready for a cold shower (indoor) since the pump is not that great for hot water to run and I hope the place will figure out the way.I'm from the East Coast, so if I'll ever visit the park again, there is no other place rather than this resort I would stay at. I wish them even more prosperity and good business!
