Oconee Springs Park Reviews
We visited Oconee Springs Park for the use of the boat ramp. The facilities were nice and clean. The ramp was easily accessible and there was plenty of docking slips. We rented a VRBO on lake Sinclair. I had an accident at the rental and fractured two bones in my leg / ankle. This injury was going to make it difficult, almost impossible, for me to load the boat back on the trailer. My wife and I drove down to the park and spoke to Lonnie. Without hesitation he reassured us that he or a member of his staff would help us get the boat loaded safely. That's exactly what James at the park did for us. I am greatfully appreciative for what they did to help. Susan, Lonnie and James were so kind. This little park and the people there were incredible. Even though we live 400 miles away they were like a great neighbor stepping up to help out. We will be back to see them and tell others about their kindness and the park too! Thank you again!.
Nov 05, 2024 · David O'RileyOkay, don't tell anyone, but if you come here in October, chances are you will be the only one in the park. Quiet, peaceful, deer everywhere and right on Lake Sinclair. More primitive than most, no wifi or full hookups. We survived five days with just water and electricity. Dump station was certainly not busy.
Oct 08, 2024 · Patrick H.Good for a day visit, but kind of a mess for cabin rentals. Their cabins were nice, but their laundry services were broken and their record keeping was awful (they had double-booked our cabin twice during our one-week stay, even though we had confirmed our rental with them months ahead of time). The shop was nice, the water park was a blast, the fishing is decent, the water is lovely.
Jul 11, 2024 · Jenny S.For the past few years, my college girlfriends and I have spent a day here. It’s perfect! We rent a cabana and spend the day enjoying the lake! They have inflatables that are fun! And they added little lily pads this year for the kids to use. The people here are super friendly, too! We enjoy our time here each year!
Jun 07, 2024 · Ashley CassanMy family rented a cabin this weekend and had such a great time! The hosts were so nice and the cabins were great. The lake Waterpark was wonderful with two teenage boys. All together I highly recommend this place for families!
