Perry Mountain Hideaway Reviews
There was a group of 6 of us, 4 adult and 2 children. We were in WV to ride the Ivy Branch of the Hatfield-Macoy trails. We stayed at Perry MT. Hideaway for 5 nights. Tina was our host and she was very helpful and friendly whenever we spoke on the phone. I called many rentals when planning our trip and this was the most affordable. It was difficult to find one place to sleep 6 people that was reasonably priced. This cabin is midway up a mountain. We were to park our trailers at a landing before the cabin due to space to turn around. It was tight for me with a 16' trailer but also, I suck at turning around and backing up.The cabin has 2 bedrooms with queen beds a fold down couch and a recliner. Bedding for beds is included along with towels and washcloths. There was coffee, TV, plenty of games, a dishwasher, fire pit with seating and a grill. Wood was available for purchase on site but we just gathered our own from the woods. The only issue we had was getting out the door by 10 am due to everyone using one bathroom.I would highly recommend Perry MT. for your next getaway. The closest town is Danville 6 miles away.
