They noted instances where the laundromat was closed outside of the posted hours (9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday). However, they did highlight the positive aspects of the laundromat being consistently clean and accepting mobile app/credit card payments. This suggests that while there might have been some inconsistencies with service availability, the quality of the facilities themselves was appreciated.
An update from the same reviewer indicated a positive change, stating that on subsequent visits to the laundromat, it had been open during the posted hours. They thanked the campground for adhering to the schedule, which was important for individuals with time constraints. Beyond the cleanliness, they also lauded the amenities as "awesome," specifically mentioning the camp store and the hosted events. A well-stocked camp store can be very convenient for campers, providing essentials and perhaps some treats or souvenirs. The mention of hosted events suggests that Pine Acres Campground offers activities or entertainment for its guests, fostering a sense of community and providing opportunities for fun and engagement.

Pine Acres Campground Reviews
Love hate relationship with this place.I always try to come do laundry , but it’s always closed . I come today around 10 am , and it’s not even open even though the signs say 9-5 m-f …. Please try to accommodate your hours thats posted. The positive side to this review is that they are always clean, and take mobile app/CC.EDIT- 4/1I have visited this laundromat the past couple times and they have been open at the hours posted, Thank you for adhering by those hours for people like myself who run on a schedule. Will be updating my review accordingly.

Sep 12, 2024 · Chris RowanFirst of all I have been a seasonal camper at Pine Acres Campground for 10+ years and these past two seasons there was a nightmare. The management there are very rude disrespectful and uses vulgar language in front of you to you and about you on a daily basis. They pick and choose who to say things to and who to let get away with things. There are drugs and lots of alcohol and late nights in that park on a daily basis. Management knows it and some of the past managers joined in on it with them. These two Girls Meghan and Jessica just let things pass. They have belittled people in front of other people and if you try and stick up for yourself they target you more. They write false violations and lie about the violations not even verify them just take other peoples word for it. They have absolutely NO amenities at there park. The horseshoes and the cornhole tornaments are run by the seasonals and not the management without them there would be nothing. The river whom they refer to as a lake is so dirty and full of leaches and so far that I know of and been there 2 people have died in that lake. Which one of them was a cover up. Cleanliness OK lets talk about cleanliness, Bathrooms, I wouldn't let my dog go to the bathroom in there. Broken toliets, leaking and broken faucets in showers, kids punching holes in walls, poop all over the walls, and the only ONE person that works in the park does everything she can and tries to manage it all by herself. Thank You Sherry. Management have bullied elderly people right out of the campground, people that have been there for 30+ years. They are going down hill fast and continue to roll that way and corporate refuses to hear from us seasonals about anything that goes on in that park, They have too many other parks to worry about, so if your planning on a nice quiet and lots of activities to do at a campground PINES ACRES is NOT YOUR PLACE TO BE.
Oct 29, 2024 · darlene larochelleBy far the worst camping experience I have ever had! We have a 36 ft camper and they originally had us in a spot that had no turning radius, a line of logs and two trees to maneuver around. Upon calling the office, they did give us a better site and said we could stay until Sunday with no problem. The next day we wanted to have people over for lunch, a two hour stay. They wanted to charge $15.00 per person even though they were not staying over night. Then, Saturday roles around and we are asked to get off the site and move to a different one even though originally we were told we are all set. Then, when we are nearly done packing up, they come around and tell us that we can stay and don't have to move. Anyone that goes camping knows what a process it is to pack up, so at that point we decided to leave. The campground is crowded. I am very disappoint and it definitely was not worth the extra fee being part of thousand trails.
Jul 06, 2024 · Michele BeauregardThis was my first time staying here. I was kind of nervous at first based of past reviews but I went in with an open mind. When we first arrived the office staff was nice check in was easy. The front looked clean and taken care of. We got to our site which was A25 and was impressed with the size of it since we have a huge tent. It fit perfectly and we still had a lot of room. It was very quiet in our area and had a small but nice view of the river. The bathrooms in our area by the rec room were very clean all the times we used them. I am not sure about the other ones around the campground because we didn’t use any other ones.We took a ride to the beach area and was impressed with all the parking. We didn’t swim because it was a little too mucky for me. I have a fear of stuff like that but I’m just overly picky about that part.Overall it was quiet we heard some music from the pavilion area sites from across the way at night but wasn’t overly loud or obnoxious. We don’t mind that kind of stuff since it is camping and a place to have a good time.We will definitely stay again.
