Jun 26, 2022 · readytworespond unleashed1969Wonderful lake. Seems like a nice place to camp too. Beautiful views.Good recreation location. Shore fishing, fishing piers, boat ramps, public picnic areas, RV/primitive campground (reserve when available), public swimming area, public restrooms, etc.
Jul 09, 2023 · Jen S.I have been camping here many years. The place is clean, even the vault toilets which many campgrounds neglect. The prices are reasonable, 10-20 dollars a day, and they are always making improvements.
Aug 27, 2019 · Liddie ThomsonIt used to be weed free except for one weed, have clean bathhouses with toilet paper. Not anymore. The outhouses, just use the area outside. The beach was always combed and the roads were not full of big holes. The mosquitos will carry you away. If they do spray out there anymore, it's not working and it used to. We don't need anyone putting out embers in a campers fire pit, we use those for morning cooking.
Aug 03, 2018 · N PIt is a beautiful spot just a couple miles out of Hawley, perfect place to go if you're looking to go swimming without the crowds! The water does smell and there are a lot of weeds so if you're the squeamish type you will just have to watch out for that.
