Antique Acres Mobile Home Park Reviews
So, my family and I had moved into this park back in August 2008, and it is now April 2021. The home we live in is now owned by us. We started out by renting the mobile home through the landlord of the home (not the property landlord), and then we were offered to buy our home so we would not have to continue to pay rent for it. The only two bills we have with the park is Lot Rent and Water. And we did not have to pay for Water through-out all those years, but they started requesting it just recently. My husband and I are fine with that. We have no complaints about living here. The one thing we love most about living here for the passed thirteen years is the courteous and friendly management, and also the convenience to anywhere we want to go to. We are so thankful and blessed to have found the trailer that was open for leasing years ago. Our son is thirteen now, and he grew up living in this park and had went to the zoned schools in the area. The park is not too far from some rough areas of town, however, we still feel safe. We still feel included. And we get along with everyone we talk to. We've never caused problems or have seen any problems around here. We lived in many places around the city before our son came along, and several of those places were not great. We are highly satisfied here and it is well-kept, most of the time. The only thing I dislike are the pot holes in the park. If those were filled or fixed, it would be pleasant to drive on the driveway. Other than my pickiness, everything is good. The lot rent is not high, either. At least, not to us. $195 a month is very affordable. I enjoy being a few miles from the main highway and shopping areas.
Apr 09, 2021 · Lily MNicely upkept, quaint, and out of the way from major traffic. I loved the geographic layout of the park, with lot numbers starting from the right-most side, and increasing to the left. The trailers in the lot may have been a little older, but they weren't run durn and they didn't have dilapidated exteriors. The yards of the lots (where applicable) we trimmed and homey. Overall, a nice place to move a mobile home.
May 27, 2018 · D. Aaron WycoffThere is a really great Thrift shop in this little community trailer park. It is operated by this nice friendly lady name Calli. She is such a sweet heart. I think the name of the place is Happy Hippie Thriftique. Honk if you pass it.
Sep 04, 2017 · Faye FinleyHappy Hippie owned by Calli Hyams, has TRUE antique items. My second time to be there. Don't have enough time to look through everything. Bought a side table I can use in my office and some other items. Gave me good prices.
