First I want to start off by saying it's really messed up and ridiculous and uncalled for for the people teenagers or young taking people's items out of their vehicles stealing their things vandalizing how is it possible that there's all these cameras around and these thieves have not been caught I'm telling you that we need to take action as the neighborly thing to do we should be out there hiding out somewhere looking for these thieves that are just looking for the right opportunity they have a way of doing things at certain times certain days of the and I guarantee you before it gets dark that they're either driving around looking for that opportunity seeing what streets are going to hit next people need to be more vigilant and pay more attention to what's going on aroundThe new owners are completely tearing our little community apart. Seriously, they are acting like billionaires from California who should keep their city life over there. Rent went from 455 to 790.... Don't come here. it's like a very relaxed prison....with rules worse than H.O.A. If you're not 18, forget about going to the park. You can't have a dog house on premises or have a pool or hot tub. If you want a tramoline or swing set, you have to have insurance no fire pits or incineration of any kind. No, it's way worse than that. The rent is more now. 1200 for double trailers and 830.00 starting for single trailers. And now they are installing water meters for water. You can not drink or wash any kind of light colored items at all. And that's not it. There's no longer any public bathroom or vending machines or change machine for the laundry mat that's got mostly broke machines anyways. The park manager got punched by a tenant because he's harassing people. Oh ya, you can't have swing sets or trampolines without having insurance for real. This place is horrible it was once a very nice place to live but a billion dollars California family bought it for 22 million dollars so obviously this whole let's raise rent to God for saken amount and try to run off all the grandfathered in people so they can put the meters in for water and you now pay sewer and water and trash. And everything is changed. So if you come here be prepared to take orders and not aloud to have any kind of nice life. You can't have toys inside your yard even. Or your dog on a leash. So my update will only continue to get worse, and please, I.P.G. I don't need any kind of response back from you. Okay, ok.UpdateIt should be nice to see everyone having their own trash can outside in the street. Where the bears and raccoons can Raid them all. Have fun picking up the trash afterward. I guarantee you I WILL NOT PICK IT UPUpdateDecember 6th, 2024, they have officially refunded the security deposit credit to my account and, from my knowledge, mostly everyone else here in the park. Probably not the new people, I'd assume. I, for one, plan on paying my normal rent amount, which is 633 at the moment until April of 2025 it will go up again.
