B & H Mobile Home Park Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me"? While our platform primarily focuses on recreational vehicle parks, we also understand that individuals may be seeking longer-term accommodation options that offer a sense of community and various amenities. In this context, we would like to introduce you to B & H Mobile Home Park, located at 2313 S Walnut St #31 in Stillwater, OK. Although it is a mobile home park rather than a traditional RV park, it offers a living environment with certain characteristics that may be relevant for those considering an extended stay in the Stillwater area. However, it is crucial to note that the available reviews present a mixed perspective, particularly concerning the community environment.
One aspect of B & H Mobile Home Park that receives consistent positive feedback is the landlord and owner. One visitor who "sadly did visit" expressed that "The landlord and owner are amazing." This sentiment is echoed by another reviewer who described the landlady as "like a God send," further emphasizing her positive qualities and the apparent effort she puts into managing the park. These comments suggest that the individuals responsible for 운영 the mobile home park are well-regarded and likely strive to maintain a positive relationship with residents and visitors.
Another feature of B & H Mobile Home Park mentioned in the reviews is its potential for a quiet environment. A long-term resident of fifteen years stated, "It's quiet if you need to study." This suggests that the park may offer a peaceful atmosphere conducive to concentration and a low level of noise, which could be appealing to students or individuals who value tranquility in their living environment.
However, a significant concern was raised by one visitor regarding the behavior of some of the residents. This reviewer stated unequivocally, "The people that live there are severe dope heads. Stay away it's meth city over there." This is a serious accusation that potential residents should carefully consider. The reviewer further expressed sympathy for the landlady, acknowledging her efforts by saying, "I feel so bad for the landlady she is like a God send but she can't get rid of all the bad. We all know she is trying. Good luck!" This implies that while the management may be well-intentioned, there are reported issues within the community that could negatively impact the living experience of others.
Given this stark contrast in the reviews, it is challenging to provide a definitive picture of the overall environment at B & H Mobile Home Park. On one hand, the landlord and owner are praised for their positive attributes. On the other hand, a visitor describes a significant problem with some residents engaging in illegal drug activity, creating an unsafe and undesirable atmosphere. The long-term resident's comment about the quiet environment might be accurate, but it is overshadowed by the serious safety and community concerns raised by the other reviewer.
Information regarding specific services and features of B & H Mobile Home Park is limited in the provided reviews. Typically, mobile home parks offer basic utilities such as water, electricity, and sewage hookups for residents. Depending on the park's size and amenities, there might also be features like laundry facilities, communal green spaces, or on-site management. However, none of these are explicitly mentioned in the available feedback.
Similarly, there is no promotional information available in the reviews. The focus is primarily on the perceived quality of the management and the behavior of some residents, as well as the noise level.
For local users in Stillwater, OK, who might be considering B & H Mobile Home Park for longer-term accommodation, it is crucial to weigh the positive comments about the landlord against the serious concerns raised about the community environment. The report of widespread drug use among residents is a significant red flag that should not be ignored. While the park may be quiet, as one resident suggests, the potential safety and social issues described by the other visitor could far outweigh this benefit.
Before making any decisions, it would be highly advisable for potential residents to conduct their own due diligence. This could include visiting the park (perhaps at different times of day), speaking with current residents (if possible), and directly inquiring with the landlord or owner about the issues raised in the negative review and the measures being taken to address them. Understanding the current state of the community and the management's approach to ensuring a safe and positive living environment is essential.
In conclusion, B & H Mobile Home Park in Stillwater, OK, is characterized by a praised landlord and owner and a reportedly quiet environment. However, a significant concern has been raised by a visitor regarding severe drug issues among some residents, potentially creating an unsafe and undesirable living situation. Local users searching for longer-term accommodation options in the area should carefully consider these contrasting perspectives and conduct thorough research before making any decisions. Dec 17, 2018 · H CLived here fifteen years. It's quiet if you need to study.
Aug 02, 2024 · Jessica SammonsThe owners come off nice and are kinda but absoutly do not keep up any standards or rules laid out in there own contract. And in the 5 or 6 years since taking it over and introducing a contract, gidelinens, & rules it has pretty much crash landed unfortunately. No longer feel safe it's not quiet and plesent to live in and we moved our trailor from eastern Villa to b&h because of the tranquill almost country peacefully invirinment and owners are good people in good standing in Stillwater hate to say any negitve bout them but it is drastic never felt like what guess steryo typical trailor park but now it's scary scetchy and no longer a good community to live or expose children, family's or admit you live here scarf for my family and even our family pets have become at risk.. from agressive pit bulls involved in dog fighting ,chickens, roosters romming freely to frequent shootings/random gun fire..armed swarms of police rushing up to houses assume a raid or something . To few cars responding to warrents lots of domestic assults and heavy drug users other crazy situations on a weekly basis. There's sex offenders u only find out bout from Backpage of jailbirds no informing neighbors when known offenders move in and handful of unstable crazy drug addicts walking in houses at random in drugaddled very scary mental states and all are repeat offenders of actually being banned but always alowed back dozens &dozens of times to so much more it is heartbreaking the owners know and get tons of complaints on all but passive and let it all happen say they take care of things and it's all aginst rules but never inforced only random at there ""judgement repercussions 😪😯🤐
Sep 01, 2017 · Megan Purcell-DavisonProbably the worst trailer park in Stillwater if not Payne county. Too few dumpsters which are usually overflowing with garbage. Obvious signs of poverty and the unfortunate symptoms caused by poverty I.E. Drug use, Hoarding, filth. Excessive pet cats resulting in domesticated and stray cats producing more stray cats
