It has many mature trees, a pond, a large club house with 4 roomy bathrooms with showers and laundry facilities.It’s very peaceful here and everyone is really friendly, no children allowed unless it’s for a short visit. I know it has sites for long term but I’m not sure about any short term lots.I promise that you will love it here, come join the family. It’s located at 791 Ross Rd. Boyd Tx

Monthly get togethers at the clubhouse with great folks. Sense of community for sure. Very reasonable monthly rent. Close enough to the city but far enough away too. We were welcomed warmly.
