Bellevue Mobile Park Inc Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" or considering mobile home living in the Bellevue, Michigan area? Bellevue Mobile Park Inc, located at 23951 15 Mile Rd, Bellevue, MI 49021, is a mobile home park in Eaton County. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of Bellevue Mobile Park Inc based on the publicly available customer reviews. It is crucial to note that the feedback received indicates significant concerns regarding the park's condition, management, and overall living environment, which prospective residents should carefully consider.
Bellevue is a village in southwest Michigan, offering a more rural setting. Bellevue Mobile Park Inc is situated on 15 Mile Road, which suggests a location that may be somewhat removed from the immediate center of town. The environment surrounding the park itself is not described in positive terms by the available reviews. One reviewer explicitly states that it is "not a good place to live at all" and describes the park as "very unkept." This lack of upkeep appears to be a significant issue for residents.
While the platform category is "RV parks near me," the description and strongly negative resident reviews suggest that Bellevue Mobile Park Inc functions as a long-term residential mobile home park. Mobile home parks typically offer leased lots with utility hookups for manufactured homes. Given the serious concerns raised in the reviews, it is highly unlikely that this park would be a suitable option for short-term RV stays. Individuals seeking temporary RV accommodations in the Bellevue area should undoubtedly look at other facilities specifically designed and maintained for recreational vehicles.
The customer reviews for Bellevue Mobile Park Inc paint a concerning picture of the living conditions and management. A recurring and severe issue highlighted by multiple reviewers is the poor state of the park's roads, characterized by numerous and significant potholes. One reviewer states that the potholes are "all over," and another describes them as "wider than my Grand Cherokee," suggesting they are exceptionally large and difficult to navigate. This has reportedly led to residents needing "off-road mode" to drive through the streets and causing "problems with their cars" if they frequently travel within the park. This level of disrepair in the infrastructure is a major detractor and indicates a lack of adequate maintenance.
Adding to the concerns about the physical condition of the park, one reviewer mentions "lots of trailers falling apart," further contributing to the impression of an unkept environment. This suggests potential safety hazards and a general decline in the overall aesthetic and quality of the community.
Another significant complaint revolves around the management. One reviewer alleges that "town bullies live there and its like management is to scared to take care of the problems." This is a serious accusation, indicating a potential lack of effective management in addressing resident issues and ensuring a safe and respectful community environment. The same reviewer also claims that "if the manager is friends with certain people no matter what they do the problems arent solved at all," suggesting potential bias and unfair treatment within the park.
Financial concerns are also raised, with a reviewer stating that "rent goes up with no fixes being done which was the excuse for raising rent." This implies that residents are facing increased costs without seeing any improvement in the park's conditions or infrastructure, leading to dissatisfaction and a sense of unfairness.
The presence of a large number of stray animals is another issue mentioned, with one reviewer stating, "Cats all over." While some residents may not mind this, a large feral cat population can lead to various problems, including sanitation concerns and potential conflicts.
The condition of the lake within or near the property is also a major point of criticism. One reviewer describes it as "absolutely gross and smelly," indicating a significant environmental issue that could negatively impact the quality of life for residents living nearby.
Finally, the social environment within the park is described negatively, with allegations that "everyone is into everyones business spreading rumors causing issues" and that "things have been stolen from multiple people." These claims suggest a lack of privacy, potential social conflict, and even security concerns within the community.
Based on these overwhelmingly negative reviews, Bellevue Mobile Park Inc appears to have significant challenges related to:
- Poor Infrastructure: Severe pothole issues making roads difficult and potentially damaging to vehicles.
- Lack of Maintenance: An "unkept" environment with "lots of trailers falling apart."
- Ineffective Management: Allegations of being "scared to take care of the problems," bias, and raising rent without addressing issues.
- Negative Community Environment: Claims of "town bullies," rumor-spreading, and theft.
- Animal Issues: A large population of stray cats.
- Environmental Concerns: A "gross and smelly" lake.
Given the severity and consistency of these negative reviews, prospective residents are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution and conduct very thorough due diligence before considering Bellevue Mobile Park Inc as a place to live. This due diligence should include:
- Visiting the Property in Person: A mandatory visit is essential to witness the actual condition of the roads, the upkeep of the park, and the state of the mobile homes. Pay close attention to the issues raised in the reviews.
- Attempting to Contact Management: Reach out to the park management at (269) 763-9181 or +1 269-763-9181 to discuss the concerns raised in the reviews and inquire about their plans to address these issues. Assess their responsiveness and the credibility of their explanations.
- Speaking with Current Residents (If Possible): If you can safely and respectfully do so, try to speak with current residents who have not left reviews to get a broader perspective on the living conditions. However, be mindful that those who have had negative experiences may be more likely to leave reviews.
- Investigating Local Records: Check with local authorities or tenant advocacy groups to see if there are any documented complaints or issues related to Bellevue Mobile Park Inc.
- Considering Alternatives: Thoroughly explore other mobile home parks or residential options in the Bellevue or surrounding areas that have more positive or at least less concerning feedback.
There is no information available online regarding any promotional offers for Bellevue Mobile Park Inc. Given the negative reviews, it is unlikely that they would be actively promoting the park without addressing the significant issues raised.
In conclusion, the available customer reviews for Bellevue Mobile Park Inc present a highly unfavorable picture of the community, citing significant problems with infrastructure, maintenance, management, and the overall living environment. Prospective residents should be aware of these serious concerns and are strongly urged to conduct extensive personal investigation before making any decisions about living in this park. It is recommended to explore alternative housing options in the Bellevue area that offer a more positive and stable living environment.

If the manager is friends with certain people no matter what they do the problems arent solved at all. Everyone is into everyones business spreading rumors causing issues. Things have been stolen from multiple people. Wouldnt recommend living here at all.
Apr 17, 2025 · Erica CollinsYou have to put your car in off-road mode just to get through the streets. The potholes are wider than my Grand Cherokee, and there is no way to get around them. People have problems with their cars if they have to drive through there very often
Feb 26, 2025 · Kelley PlaceAppears to be a much older park. Snow removal was sketchy. First appearance is the mail depot, needs work. As I drove upon the park I see a dilapidated trail ? Nobody could live in as is, remove it. I may be back in the warmer month I will amend this post accordingly. Winter can make places look unkept.
Feb 07, 2024 · J GriffCheap place to live. Right outside the village of Bellevue.
Apr 18, 2025 · Jimmy CampbellWhat a mess that park has become! Dodging potholes is the first and biggest obstacle to try and avoid needing a front end alignment on my truck and there are homes out there that need to be moved and or demolished because they are as old as I am (64) and a real eyesore. I love the managers of the park but unfortunately their hands are tied to do anything good. Shame on the owners and their greed which is evident by raising the lot rent, and what for? They aren't making any attempts to bring the place back to looking like an inviting place to live. How do they justify, especially in the crisis of the Covid 19 when people are struggling to make ends meet to raise anything? When was the last time they had contractors inspect the place? Trees falling on homes yet they take no action in helping residents to fix their homes? You couldn't pay me to live in that park with the uncaring nature of the Powers that be!
