Big Bush Mobile Homes Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" with the intention of exploring longer-term residential options such as mobile home parks in the Bremen, Georgia area, Big Bush Mobile Homes, located at 411 Bush St, Bremen, GA 30110, USA, warrants a closer look. Based on the available customer reviews, this mobile home park presents a mixed picture, with positive notes regarding the community and safety, but significant concerns about the condition of the homes and property management.
One of the initial positives highlighted in the reviews is the friendly nature of the residents. One reviewer mentioned, "Neighbors are very friendly," suggesting a welcoming and community-oriented atmosphere within the park. This can be a significant advantage for individuals or families looking to integrate into a new living environment and build connections with those around them. A friendly neighborhood can contribute greatly to the overall quality of life in a mobile home park.
Another positive aspect mentioned is the perceived safety and cleanliness of the park. One reviewer, whose daughter and boyfriend reside there, stated, "I do feel it's a safe clean mobile home park." This is an important factor for anyone considering moving into a residential community, as safety and cleanliness contribute significantly to peace of mind and overall well-being. The reviewer also noted that their daughter's home is "a cute and clean home," which speaks to the potential for comfortable living within the individual mobile homes.
Furthermore, the maintenance staff at Big Bush Mobile Homes have received positive feedback. The same reviewer commented that "the maintenance people are very friendly." A responsive and friendly maintenance team is crucial for addressing any issues that may arise with the mobile homes or the park's infrastructure, contributing to a more hassle-free living experience for residents.
However, alongside these positive points, there are significant and concerning issues raised in other reviews that prospective residents must carefully consider. One reviewer initially noted that the "looks bad on the outside" and attributed this to "the landlords fault!" This suggests potential neglect or lack of upkeep of the park's exterior and common areas, which could impact the overall aesthetic appeal and potentially the long-term maintenance of the property.
More alarmingly, the same reviewer later provided a substantial edit to their initial feedback, detailing severe living conditions within the mobile homes. They stated, "There's no heat or air. Unless you want to blow a breaker." This indicates a fundamental problem with the climate control systems in at least some of the homes, making it difficult to live comfortably during both hot and cold seasons. The inability to use heating or air conditioning without causing electrical issues is a serious habitability concern.
The reviewer further described significant pest infestations, stating, "And in the summer you get to see up close and personal swarms of termites coming from the ceiling! And water bugs from the walls! It's like being in your own horror movie." These descriptions paint a picture of unsanitary and distressing living conditions. Termite infestations can cause structural damage to the homes over time, while water bugs (likely cockroaches or similar pests attracted to moisture) can create an unhygienic and unpleasant environment.
The reviewer's comment, "But you don't have to call the police! They're probably already there!" is particularly concerning, suggesting potential issues with safety or criminal activity within or around the mobile home park. This directly contradicts the earlier positive comment about the park being safe and raises serious questions about the overall security and environment of the community.
The reviewer concluded their updated feedback by mentioning, "Apparently the property exchanged hands. If you want to live like a caveman, here's your chance!" This implies that new management may be in place, but the living conditions described are severely substandard and far from modern expectations. The hyperbolic comparison to living like a caveman underscores the extent of the problems reported.
Another reviewer, while initially expressing that their daughter and her boyfriend "pay a little much for the mobile home" as they are "just starting out," did not elaborate on whether this perceived high cost was justified by the quality or amenities offered. This comment suggests that the value proposition of living at Big Bush Mobile Homes might be questionable, especially when considering the serious maintenance and pest issues reported by another resident.
Considering the totality of the available reviews, Big Bush Mobile Homes presents a complex scenario for potential residents. While the park may foster a friendly community and some residents perceive it as safe and clean, there are significant red flags regarding the condition of the mobile homes, particularly the lack of reliable heating and air conditioning and severe pest infestations. The concerning comment about frequent police presence also raises serious questions about the overall safety and stability of the community.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" who might be considering a transition to mobile home living, Big Bush Mobile Homes warrants extreme caution. The reported maintenance issues and pest problems suggest that the quality of the individual homes may vary significantly, and some may be in poor condition. The potential lack of basic amenities like reliable heating and air conditioning can severely impact the comfort and habitability of these homes.
The discrepancy between the initial positive safety assessment and the later alarming comment about police presence is also a major concern that needs to be investigated further by any prospective resident. It is crucial to ascertain the current safety situation and the reasons behind any reported police activity.
Given the serious nature of the negative feedback, it is strongly recommended that anyone considering Big Bush Mobile Homes conduct a thorough personal inspection of any potential rental unit and the overall park environment. Speaking directly with current residents (if possible) and the management about the reported issues, including the heating/air conditioning, pest control measures, and safety protocols, is essential. It would also be wise to inquire about the history of property management and any planned improvements or renovations.
In conclusion, while Big Bush Mobile Homes may offer friendly neighbors and a potentially convenient location in Bremen, GA, the significant concerns raised about the lack of basic amenities like reliable heating and air conditioning, severe pest infestations, and potential safety issues cannot be ignored. Local users searching within the "RV parks near me" category who are exploring mobile home options should proceed with extreme caution, conduct thorough due diligence, and ensure that their health, safety, and comfort will be adequately addressed before considering residency at Big Bush Mobile Homes.

Dec 31, 2020 · Taylor MadeNasty and dangerous! Stay away from this place, these mobile homes aren’t fit to live in and were all constructed decades ago and are now falling apart! I don’t even know how this place is still around! I would of expected either the city or the state would of shut this place down by now.
