Boscaglia Properties LLC Introduce
For local users in the Lexington, South Carolina area who are exploring housing options and might be searching under the category "RV parks near me" on various platforms, it is essential to distinguish between recreational vehicle parks and mobile home parks. While the platform category might group different types of residential living, Boscaglia Properties LLC, located at 990 Bonhomme Richard Dr, Lexington, SC 29072, USA, operates as a mobile home park, offering a long-term residential setting. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of Boscaglia Properties LLC based on the limited customer reviews available online, presenting both positive and, more significantly, negative perspectives to help potential residents form a balanced understanding.
Based on the limited customer feedback, the experiences at Boscaglia Properties LLC appear to be sharply divided. One reviewer expressed extremely negative sentiments, strongly advising others "DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!" They labeled the management as "slumlords" who prioritize money over the well-being of their tenants. This reviewer made several serious allegations regarding the living conditions and management practices during their nine-year tenancy. They claimed that grilling out was prohibited and that children were not allowed to have toys in the yard, which could be restrictive for families. More gravely, they recounted multiple instances of falling through rotten floors, resulting in a back injury and hospitalization, as well as their son falling through a rotted back porch step requiring an emergency room visit. The reviewer asserted that maintenance requests were ignored, and the management was solely focused on rent collection, allegedly filing for eviction even for a one-day late payment. This individual concluded by emphatically stating they would not recommend this business to their "worst enemy" and that it is "not the place you wanna call home for sure." These are severe accusations that raise significant concerns about the safety and quality of living at Boscaglia Properties LLC.
Conversely, another reviewer reported a much more positive experience, stating they "rarely have issues with them coming to fix things" at their location (N321). This reviewer described the neighborhood as "very quiet" with residents who generally keep to themselves. They also praised the staff as "very nice" and kind to them and their mother. Furthermore, they noted that their trailer was in "very very good condition," "very clean," and "almost like new," expressing happiness with their rental. This positive feedback suggests that experiences within the park may vary significantly depending on the specific property or location within Boscaglia Properties LLC.
Given these drastically different accounts, it is challenging to provide a definitive assessment of the environment, services, and features of Boscaglia Properties LLC. The negative review paints a picture of neglect, safety hazards, and restrictive rules, while the positive review describes a quiet neighborhood with responsive maintenance and well-maintained homes. Potential residents must carefully weigh these contrasting experiences.
Regarding the environment, the negative review suggests a potentially unsafe living space with hazards such as rotten floors and steps. The restrictions on grilling and children's toys could also impact the quality of life for some residents. In contrast, the positive review describes a "very quiet neighborhood" where residents respect each other's privacy. The condition of individual properties might vary significantly, as indicated by the "very very good condition" of one rental versus the dilapidated state described by the other reviewer.
Similarly, the information regarding services is conflicting. The negative review claims that the management does not fix things when asked and ignores requests, indicating a severe lack of maintenance services. The strict policy on rent payment, with alleged immediate eviction filings for late payments, also suggests a rigid and unforgiving management style. On the other hand, the positive review states that the management is responsive to repair requests. This discrepancy could be due to different experiences with different staff members, changes in management over time (the negative review mentions a nine-year rental period, while the positive review does not specify the duration), or variations in the condition and upkeep of different properties within the park.
There is no specific information available regarding unique features or promotional offers at Boscaglia Properties LLC in the provided reviews. Mobile home parks may sometimes offer amenities such as laundry facilities, community areas, or specific incentives for new residents, but these are not mentioned in the current feedback. The focus of the reviews is primarily on the management and maintenance aspects, as well as the condition of the rental properties.
For local users in Lexington, SC, who are searching for "RV parks near me" but are also considering mobile home living, Boscaglia Properties LLC presents a highly uncertain option based on the available reviews. The extreme negativity of one review, detailing serious safety hazards and poor management, cannot be easily dismissed. While another reviewer reported a positive experience, the severity of the allegations in the negative review warrants significant caution. Potential residents must undertake thorough due diligence to ascertain the current conditions and management practices at Boscaglia Properties LLC.
Potential residents considering Boscaglia Properties LLC should take the following steps to gather more comprehensive information:
- Contact the management: Reach out to Boscaglia Properties LLC at (803) 356-2068 or +1 803-356-2068 to inquire about current conditions, maintenance policies, rules and regulations (including those regarding grilling and children's toys), lease terms, and eviction procedures. It is crucial to ask specific questions based on the serious concerns raised in the negative review, such as how maintenance requests are handled and the process for addressing significant structural issues.
- Visit the property: A personal visit to Boscaglia Properties LLC is essential to assess the overall environment and the condition of the properties. If possible, request to see the specific mobile home or lot you are considering. Pay close attention to the general upkeep of the park and the apparent condition of other homes.
- Seek additional reviews: Look for more recent reviews on other platforms to get a broader and more current perspective on the living conditions and management practices at Boscaglia Properties LLC.
- Talk to current residents: If possible, try to speak with current residents of Boscaglia Properties LLC to get their unbiased opinions and experiences living in the community. This can provide valuable insights that are not always reflected in online reviews.
- Carefully review the lease agreement: Pay close attention to the terms and conditions of the lease, particularly regarding maintenance responsibilities, rules, and eviction policies.
- Consider alternative mobile home parks: Given the serious allegations in one of the reviews, it would be prudent to explore other mobile home park options in the Lexington, SC area to ensure a safer and more satisfactory living experience.
In conclusion, the available feedback on Boscaglia Properties LLC presents a highly polarized view, with one resident reporting severe issues of neglect and unsafe conditions, while another describes a quiet and well-maintained living situation. Local users searching for residential options should exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence, including direct communication with the management, a personal visit to the property, and seeking additional feedback from current or former residents, before considering Boscaglia Properties LLC as their new home. The significant safety concerns raised in one review warrant a very careful and critical evaluation of this property.

Boscaglia Properties LLC Reviews
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!! They are slumlords, only care about money. You can't grill out, if you have kids no toys allowed in the yard. We rented for 9 years our floors were rotten and I fell through on 2 occasions hurt my back and was hospitalized. My son fell through a rotted step on back porch and required an ER visit. They don't fix things when you ask, they ignore your requests. It's all about money, if your one day late on rent they'll file an evict. I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy!! It's not the place you wanna call home for sure.
Apr 10, 2025 · jowanda schermerhornI rarely have issues with them coming to fix things. I’m at N321. Very quiet neighborhood. Everyone stays to themselves. Very nice staff. They are always kind to me and my mother. Trailer is in very very good condition. Very clean almost like new. I’m happy with my rental.
Oct 03, 2024 · Christina EaddyThey just want their money as previously stated. They don't care about the conditions of their mobile homes. Was told by one of the maintenance men to cover the floor vents up with duct tape to keep the cold air from coming up through the vents during the winter months. Never, never, never, never rent from them!! You'll do better living out of your car or living in a dog kennel then their properties. Most of the trailers in Barnwell are run down with busted windows no doors on them. This park is a complete mess. I can't speak for the ones in other areas but the state or whomever needs to condemn every last mobile home in that park. Never do business with this company. Complete trash. I paid my rent every month before time, they don't give a damn about you paying rent on time. Dominic is cool but that wife is nasty, nasty and very rude. Everything is rigged. Breaker box kept tripping claimed they were going to send a professional to fix. A professional never showed up. Water heater went out kept sending jack legs out to fix. My husband and I went with out hot water for almost a week. If you can avoid by all means please, please, please do so.
Sep 24, 2024 · Quiana AsburyI have been living on the Cedar Creek property for the last 6 months. I've made two services calls and they have came out promptly every time. I see a lot of talk about the mobile homes not being worth it but I moved into a brand new mobile home and I was in shock. I'm not sure if all the mobile homes are new but all the ones I toured prior to moving in where new. This isn't the first park that I've into but it's surely the best. The rent was a little higher than I would like but so is rent everywhere right now. The trash at the dumpster is not a office issue but a tenant being lazy. I have watched people drop trash off the back of their car and keep riding. I have seen kids eating and just drop things on the ground. This is a tenant issue and needs to be address by the people living in the park. Management isn't the one living on the grounds but I do know that they send messages to the people who aren't caring for their surrounding properly. I'm not saying the company is perfect because no one is perfect. I'm just saying in my 6 months of being here they have done outstanding and I would recommend the property to friends and family.
Oct 06, 2023 · Sharisse YerbyIt's a very nice park to live in very quiet. The only problem I can see here is people need to have more respect for the property they live in or on and help keep it picked up. Garbage is all put in the dumpster and make sure it's not outside the doors of it. It's all our job to make our perk as clean as we can.
