Boulder Meadows Sales Office Introduce
Welcome to Boulder Meadows Sales Office, your direct point of contact for Boulder Meadows, a prominent manufactured home community located at 4500 19th St, Boulder, CO 80304, USA. This community offers a unique and often more affordable pathway to living in the highly desirable city of Boulder, Colorado, catering specifically to residents who own manufactured homes and lease the land. While the platform category "RV parks near me" might typically suggest temporary recreational vehicle accommodations, Boulder Meadows is fundamentally a long-term residential community, making it a relevant consideration for those exploring stable, non-traditional housing options that share some structural similarities with RV parks, such as designated plots and utility connections.
Environment: Boulder Living with Community Aspects
Boulder Meadows is situated in Boulder, a city renowned for its scenic beauty, outdoor recreation, and vibrant culture. The community itself is laid out to accommodate numerous manufactured homes on individual lots, with internal roads connecting residents. The park's environment aims to provide a distinct sense of community within the larger Boulder landscape. While specific details on green spaces or aesthetic themes within the park beyond general maintenance are not extensively available, the location in Boulder means residents are never far from natural beauty and urban conveniences. One review mentions a "pool is a great feature in summer months!", indicating a common amenity that enhances the living environment. Being a manufactured home community in Boulder, it offers a different environmental feel compared to traditional single-family neighborhoods, with a denser layout. The challenges of maintaining a harmonious residential environment are evident in some feedback, suggesting that the quality of the immediate environment can be influenced by resident behavior and management oversight.
Services: Sales, Management, and Resident Support
The Boulder Meadows Sales Office serves as the primary hub for prospective and current residents, providing essential services related to sales and community management. The sales office is the first point of contact for individuals interested in purchasing manufactured homes within the community or leasing lots. This includes providing information on available properties, application procedures, and community guidelines. Beyond sales, the community features a management team responsible for the day-to-day operations of the park. This typically encompasses administering lot leases, enforcing community rules, and addressing resident concerns. One review notes, "Management is fine and handles rentals well," suggesting a degree of professionalism in these core services. Essential utilities like water, sewer, and potentially trash collection are typically managed through the community, streamlining these services for residents. For those searching for "RV parks near me" and transitioning to manufactured home living, the availability of an active sales office and ongoing management services are key components differentiating this long-term housing solution from a temporary RV stop.
Features: Affordable Entry to Boulder and Community Amenities
Boulder Meadows offers several features designed to attract residents seeking a unique living experience in Boulder. Perhaps the most significant feature is its role as an affordable entry point into the Boulder housing market, which is notoriously expensive. Manufactured homes often represent a more budget-friendly alternative to traditional stick-built homes, allowing residents to live in a highly sought-after area without the prohibitive costs. A key amenity highlighted in a review is the "pool is a great feature in summer months!", which provides a recreational outlet and a place for community members to gather, especially during warmer seasons. Other common manufactured home community features, though not explicitly detailed here, often include individual lots with utility hookups, allowing residents to own their homes while leasing the land. The presence of a sales office further streamlines the process of acquiring a home within the community. For those who initially considered "RV parks near me" due to their accessible price point and community structure, Boulder Meadows presents a similar but permanent residential model, complete with established amenities.

It is important for prospective residents to consider the diverse experiences shared by current and former residents, as these provide valuable context for life within the community. One long-term resident, who lived there from 1998-2019, expressed significant concerns: "I lived in Boulder Meadows 1998-2019. It was beautiful when I moved in. It was very difficult to find a home to purchase there. When the manager changed the park changed. It turned into an absolute ghetto by the time I moved out. I regret not buying in Denver instead of there. Hopefully ICE will clean house." This review points to a perceived decline in the community's quality over time, linking it to changes in management and expressing dissatisfaction with the overall living environment. This feedback highlights the importance of management's role in maintaining community standards and the potential for significant shifts in resident satisfaction over time.
Another review offers a more nuanced, albeit still critical, perspective: "After a year I'll say that the residents are the worst part. Management is fine and handles rentals well, but there's only so much to do about people blasting mariachi from their trucks. Drive careful because people slip between cars a lot here. The pool is a great feature in summer months!" This review suggests that while "management is fine and handles rentals well," certain aspects of resident behavior, such as loud music and disregard for traffic safety, can detract from the living experience. It also reiterates the positive feature of the pool. These comments indicate that community dynamics and the behavior of fellow residents are significant factors in overall satisfaction. Prospective residents are strongly advised to visit Boulder Meadows in person, ideally at different times of day, to observe the community's atmosphere and general upkeep. Engaging with the sales office for comprehensive information regarding community rules, particularly those pertaining to noise, parking, and common area usage, is essential. Understanding these aspects, alongside the financial commitments of lot rent and home ownership, will enable an informed decision about whether Boulder Meadows aligns with your housing needs and expectations for a manufactured home community in Boulder.

Oct 24, 2021 · CoryI have lived here for 5 years. I used to live in Martin Acres in Boulder. I can say that I appreciate this area and neighborhood better. It has all of the access one would need within 1 mile. Groceries, restaurants, Auto Mechanic, Boulder open space, and the list goes on. Access to HWY 36 and the Diagonal are minutes away. Its around 35min to RMNP. There is less noise and light pollution on this side of Boulder as wellNeighbors are quiet and friendly. Mostly its service workers and retired folks in the community. Many improvements have been made since I moved in here. Repaved drive ways, added sidewalks, rec and community and fitness rooms are available to park residents. Management is reasonable and helpful. The park has its rules, they are not unreasonable but, study them up before moving here.
Jun 25, 2020 · David BauttsThere are currently people driving VERY LOUD bikes up and down the streets of the trailer park. Kids have been screaming. No one in the park management does anything about these things and residents are beyond fed up. I would NOT recommend this place for anyone who wants a livable environment.
Aug 19, 2014 · Judi MoorI have lived in the community for a few years now . Management is very friendly, quick to address issues, and maintained the properties very well. I highly recommend living here .
