Boulder Ranch Introduce
For individuals exploring the "RV parks near me" category in the Provo, Utah area, considering mobile home parks for extended stays can sometimes present additional options. Boulder Ranch, located at 3651 100 E # 125, Provo, UT 84604, USA, is primarily a residential community for manufactured homes, and understanding its environment, services, and features, as perceived by its residents, is crucial for RV users contemplating a longer-term presence.
The environment of Boulder Ranch, based on the limited customer reviews available online, appears to be a point of concern, primarily due to issues related to management. One reviewer describes the management as "lazy" and characterizes a representative named Amy as "not very professional or clear in messages." This suggests potential difficulties in communication and responsiveness from the management, which could impact the experience of any long-term residents, including those in RVs, if accommodated.
Furthermore, this reviewer alleges that the manager provided misleading information about utility costs before they moved in. This is a significant issue, as accurate information about expenses is crucial for budgeting, especially for those considering a longer stay. The same review also mentions a lack of follow-through from the management regarding lease agreements upon renewal or for extended stays, indicating a potential lack of attention to administrative details and resident agreements. These points raise concerns about the transparency and reliability of the management at Boulder Ranch.
Another serious allegation from the same reviewer is the deduction of electricity and propane bills from their deposit after they had moved out. This suggests potential discrepancies or unfair practices in handling move-out procedures and financial settlements. Such issues could be a significant deterrent for anyone considering residing at Boulder Ranch, whether in a mobile home or an RV.
Due to the overwhelmingly negative feedback regarding the management of Boulder Ranch in the available reviews, it is challenging to ascertain reliable information about the services and features typically offered by the park. Standard services in a mobile home park usually include utility hookups such as water, sewer, and electricity at each lot. However, the alleged misinformation about utility costs raises doubts about the transparency and accuracy of information regarding these services at Boulder Ranch. Potential long-term RV residents would need to seek explicit and clear details about the availability, capacity, and billing of all utilities.
Other common amenities in mobile home parks can vary. They might include paved roads, waste disposal services, and possibly communal areas or laundry facilities. Recreational amenities like a pool or clubhouse are less common in all mobile home parks, and there is no mention of any such facilities in the context of Boulder Ranch in the provided reviews. Given the focus on management issues, the availability and quality of any additional services or features remain uncertain.
The location of Boulder Ranch in Provo, Utah, offers the general advantages of being in a mid-sized city with access to urban amenities, educational institutions (like Brigham Young University), and outdoor recreational opportunities in the surrounding Utah Valley. However, the internal environment and the quality of services and management within the park itself appear to be significant concerns based on the available feedback.
No promotional information for Boulder Ranch is mentioned in the reviews. For RV users considering a long-term stay, it would be crucial to contact the management directly at (801) 615-2935 or +1 801-615-2935 to inquire about the possibility of accommodating RVs, the terms and conditions for extended stays, monthly rental rates, and all applicable park rules and regulations. However, given the strong negative feedback regarding the management's professionalism, communication, and financial practices, prospective residents should approach such interactions with caution and seek clear, written documentation for all agreements and costs.
The second review provided is about "Logan river estates" in Logan, Utah, and mentions a manager named Tina Aldina. This review is not directly relevant to Boulder Ranch in Provo and should be disregarded when evaluating the latter. It appears to be included in error in the context of Boulder Ranch.
In conclusion, the limited information available for Boulder Ranch in Provo, Utah, is overwhelmingly negative, focusing on issues with "lazy" and "unprofessional" management, misleading information about utility costs, lack of lease agreement follow-through, and questionable deposit deductions. For those in the "RV parks near me" category seeking a long-term stay in Provo, Boulder Ranch presents significant red flags based on this feedback. While the location in Provo offers general urban and recreational access, the internal environment and management practices appear to be serious concerns. Prospective residents should exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence, seeking detailed and transparent information directly from the management while being mindful of the negative experiences reported by at least one former resident.

Boulder Ranch Reviews
Lazy management, Amy is not very professional or clear in messages. Manager lied about utility costs before we moved in and won't bother to sign the lease agreement when you renew or stay longer.Deducted electricity bill off of deposit past when we had moved out as well as propane. Seriously reconsider renting here!
